00:25with Yolanda let's go yeah the nature here is kind of unexpected I want to say
00:33that Sedona is this sort of healing machine that gives you what you need it's
00:40like kind of unique to everybody and let's tune in with the sound ohm deep
00:46breath in being up here early in the morning really allows for a lot of
00:51clarity whether working out or traveling I love to stay hydrated I particularly
00:56love smart water alkaline with antioxidant because it helps me to feel
01:01replenished and refreshed if you want to go hiking in Sedona get a guide there's
01:07hundreds of trails here and you don't want to get lost in nature so I have
01:12hired a guide hey Jessica how are you I should meet you so excited how are you
01:16doing today I'm great essentially what we're gonna do is a nature hike along
01:20these two different giant rock formations here and we're gonna walk our
01:24way in between on the way to the top of chimney rock we'll talk about some of
01:27the plants some of the animals and as well as just some of the general geology so
01:33if you're ready here we'll go ahead and get started
01:39so in Sedona here we have a variety of names for our silly and unique rock
01:44formations everyone sees a little bit of a different face every other time
01:47every day just because of the lighting all throughout the year in time of
01:50day so looking right out in front of us here just because of that perfect
01:54alignment of everything we're seeing t-rex rock right next to that red oven mitt
01:57so you know I kind of imagine the arms perked up you got the elbow he's got his
02:01little hand there it's almost kind of like the diva hand okay I am so excited we are
02:07going on a tour through Sedona I'm very into the mountains so I can't wait to see
02:13all the off-roading views on the adventure anybody get motion sickness
02:20it's stunning we're gonna be on top of that rock so I have to admit I was a little bit nervous when I saw the terrain as we started driving in here but honestly we wouldn't have been able to get these amazing views if it wasn't for this adventure
02:35it's moments like this where you realize how insignificant you are like as a human being on this planet we are so insignificant this will be here long after we are gone it's been here long before we got here and this is what matters
02:53hey so I've just arrived at the train depot for the Verde Canyon Railroad Adventure it's an effortless way to spend the afternoon and join the beautiful landscapes of Arizona let's go
03:05the afternoon on the train was such a charming and elevated experience I got to get dressed up I got to meet so many of the other passengers and it was really the perfect way to spend an afternoon and of course when it comes to the pictures they have an open air cart which is perfect
03:22to capture you to capture you and all the beautiful landscapes in the canyon just get into these views it's absolutely breathtaking

03:49and um it's going to put you into a deep deep state of relaxation so your whole body is going to release all sorts of emotions that have been stuck

04:00after the sound bath experience here it's definitely something that I'm going to seek out on my future travels

04:23the trip to Sedona overall has just been calming while there was definitely some adventure the overall
04:29feeling that I'm leaving here with is calmness and relaxation ending my trip here at Cathedral Rock at sunset feels like the perfect cherry on top for this absolutely amazing adventure in Sedona from the morning sunrise to the sound bath the beautiful train ride to ending this trip right here at sunset Sedona is the perfect place to find calm and relaxation
