00:04It's so special to be recognized by such an incredible community of Black women who continue to raise the bar across multiple industries.
00:11As Black women in this space, specifically in sports, it's important for us to continue to remember the value in mentorship and sponsorship for the next generation that comes behind us.
00:21It's really up to us to make sure that we continue to pass that torch.
00:25So for everybody that's in the audience and then anyone that's watching at home, I just encourage you to really take someone under your wing.
00:32If you've got a seat at the table, it is up to you to make room for someone else.
