00:11event. Please, presented by Coca-Cola. We will continue to believe that the black woman is the
00:25CEO of Community, so our role is not to tell her that, but it is to spotlight and strengthen
00:30how she's doing that unapologetically. In a world where oftentimes we don't feel seen,
00:40I feel seen by you all. It feels good to be honored by us.
00:45And please stand and welcome our last and final 2022 Essence Black Women in Sports honoree,

01:03So we talk all the time about getting our foot in the door, getting your foot in the room.
01:09I'm going in the room, I'm shaking the whole room, I'm kicking people out the room, I'm disrupting
01:14the room. Like we can't just be about getting in. When we get in we have to do something with this.
01:29We are just honored, we are blessed, we are grateful for this honor. This is just incredible.
01:44We embrace women, empowerment, and sisterhood. I mean Essence stands for everything that Off the Field does.
01:59Like you could just put people in Hollywood in sports and it all just was one thing.
