00:00We come up with the idea, and we can execute,
00:02but we need our people to help us out.
00:05And be okay with taking an L sometimes.
00:07Absolutely.
00:08Because everything is not going to be a W.
00:10Right.
00:11You know what I mean?
00:11And when you take that L, you sit back and you go,
00:14okay, where did I go wrong?
00:16How can I be stronger?
00:17How can I...
00:18So the next time, because like you said, we don't stop.
00:21It's never going to stop.
00:22We continue to go.
00:23But you take that L, you take that on the chin,
00:25and you pick yourself back up, you realize you learned something.
00:29How have you, like, even found your mentee?
00:31I guess in my industry, I look up to the women that I feel have made it
00:37and whose voice is really strong.
00:40And they're also more receptive,
00:42and they want to help and see the younger generation grow
00:46and do what they're doing as well.
00:47I've always watched, you know, Queen, Laurieann Gibson,
00:52you know what I'm saying, Fatima.
