00:00Don't get caught up on the assumptions and don't limit yourself based on what
00:04people might say you should do or shouldn't be able to do or could be
00:08capable of achieving because then you're limited by what someone else's like
00:12dreams are or what someone else thinks is possible and I think for me I started
00:17Beyond Date five years ago I work in the experiential event space and I didn't
00:22have an example of a black woman founder that produced events and did the things
00:26that I did but I knew that I wanted to I knew I had the heart to do it and I
00:30think that you really have to look inward and focus on that because at the end of
00:33the day to your point we have sleepless nights you know no one's with us when
00:38we are stressed and we're thinking about our finances and we're managing a team
00:42and we're trying to figure out how to scale like no one's there but yourself
00:45and right in those moments you have to really be able to like have faith and
00:49dig deep
