00:11but it's nice to see it's nice to see a healthy example of what what it's
00:15supposed to look like I think on the flip side and I feel like if you love
00:20something and you do celebrate it enough that it deserves to be protected so it's
00:24like you know for me it's kind of like um you know anything else in life and you
00:28know Ian for instance even in some of my roles is like I try to find that
00:32healthy balance in between you know the polar opposites you know the opposite of
00:37every post is that versus you know never posting that at all so it's like I try
00:43to find that healthy balance and that I feel like I feel like that's what people
00:46are seeing right now it's nice to it's nice that people are getting something
00:49positive out of it
