01:28I really like some personality, and I would really love a big walk-in closet.
01:33Because I do all of the cooking, I would really like an open concept chef-style kitchen.
01:39I have a pretty extensive record collection.
01:42We require a significant amount of space to keep all of the records.
01:47We have grandchildren, so access to the water needs to be easy.
01:51Our grandbabies are growing up quickly, and retirement's right around the corner.

03:09I really like the floor-to-ceiling fireplace. It's dramatic.

03:21Wow, this is incredible. What a beautiful space.
03:24This island is an absolute statement piece. The dining area, you can easily put another table of equivalent size.
03:32The sinks in the island are spectacular because now you can still be part of what's going on in the room.
03:37However, the fridge seems to be small for such a large entertaining space.
03:42I hear what you're saying, but I think I can win you back once you see that primary bedroom.

08:47And also because you love music so much, you have an integrated sound system.
08:50It definitely is a lot bigger than the last room that we saw.

09:08I love it because it's very serene and calm with the windows all around the tub.

13:35I can't see what's happening in the living room, and the grandchildren are young.
13:38It's definitely something that you'll see coming from a traditional restoration.
13:42I think the kitchen is absolutely going to blow your mind.

13:52The cobalt blue aesthetic is a piece of art unto itself.

14:04And it has two functioning wet sinks and leads to a beautiful bar top area
14:09where you can literally put on a show in this kitchen.
14:12But then if you look up, you see this beautiful cupola.
14:16Also, you have a coffee station for the AM, and you have a drink station for the PM.

14:23I could see Susan sitting down there having a glass of wine and listening some music while we're working away in the kitchen.

15:40What I would do if I were you is use this racking for all of your record storage, and imagine what a listening room this could be for yourself.
