00:16Like millions of women with textured hair types, I struggled with a damaged scalp and breaking
00:23strands. So I utilize my science background as a PhD level scientist to create a full line
00:29It took me about three years and in 2017 of March is when we officially launched. During
00:34those three years I talked to hundreds of women and there were some trends that emerged. One of
00:39the biggest trends was the fact that women that have textured hair types they're plagued with chronic
00:45scalp conditions and there's only really one option for them which is to go to a dermatologist only to
00:50receive prescribed medications that actually drop out and break off strands and cause more irritation
00:58to their scalp. I decided to create a scalp system that helps with these types of chronic scalp conditions.
