00:00One of my self-care non-negotiables is around how I start my day. I start my day with a gratitude
00:07journal and I make an entry. I just jot down three or four things that I'm really thankful for.
00:12A lot of times it looks like family or friends, you know, a job or food, whatever it is. I like
00:20to set my mind on those things that I'm blessed to have. The world has been so heavy and there's
00:26so much going on and we live such busy lives that, you know, it's easy to get caught up
00:31on what's not going right in negative thoughts. So I love to just set the tone for my day and
00:36keep my mind on positive things. I also love to spend some time meditating, reading something
00:42positive. I love scripture. So keeping my mind on those things really helps to set the tone
00:49and just be very intentional with how I enter into my day.
