00:05talent in the community.
00:07From a 7-year-old food truck owner, to a socially conscious clothing designer, to an intern
00:12at Barack Obama's White House, we just want to say, we see you.
00:17First up, 7-year-old Kylie from Little Rock, Arkansas.
00:21This girl owns a food truck in her town.
00:24Seriously.
00:25Kylie's lemonade stand begins as a literal lemonade stand in her front yard.
00:29And people loved it.
00:31So Kylie's mom, Gabrielle, who, by the way, is an entrepreneur herself, wanted to help
00:35her daughter create and manage something all her own.
00:38Kylie says her goal is to expand the business.
00:41She wants to open shops in other states and to bottle her lemonade and sell it in stores.
00:46She also loves to read and plans to write a book when she's older.
00:49Next, 11-year-old Karis.
00:51After being bullied for her deep skin tone, she developed a clothing line called Flexin'
00:56My Complexion.
00:57It all started when big sister Taylor posted a photo of Karis completely owning her beauty.
01:02The photo went viral and inspired Karis to create Flexin' My Complexion with her sister's
01:06help.
01:07And surprise, surprise, she's getting a lot of love for it.
01:11Even Snoop Dogg shouted her out.
01:13Karis hopes to grow the brand and to continue encouraging people of all skin tones to love
01:18their skin and love themselves.
01:20And finally, 20-year-old Matthew, who's currently interning as a management consultant at a
01:26top New York City consulting firm.
01:29Before that, he worked as a member of President Obama's final class of White House interns.
01:34Mind you, this is all while he works toward a dual degree in finance and marketing at Florida
01:39State University.
01:40Matthew had big dreams from a young age and wanted to make those dreams a reality.
01:45He applied and was accepted to the highly competitive Disney Dreamers Academy.
01:50It's a program dedicated to making a difference in young lives at a critical time, when high
01:54school students are thinking about their future.
01:56Matthew graduated from the program determined as ever.
02:00He had found a new level of courage and confidence to pursue his dream, and now he's living it.
