00:00Everybody that was anybody in hip-hop and black media attended the Wapsta's wedding
00:09a couple of weeks ago. I think my invite got lost in the mail. But what a lot of folks
00:13want to know is, uh, where the kids there? Yup. According to the newly married Keisha
00:18K-Or, her and Gucci's children live with them in Atlanta, and they've made a conscious decision
00:23to keep them out of the public eye. Now, during a recent visit to the Breakfast Club, Keisha
00:27explains.
00:30Gucci and I both have children. You know, we do. And it's a situation where I am proud
00:37to be a mother, but at the same time, I need it to be private. I don't want the kids in
00:42the limelight. I don't want them on social media. I need them to go to school and to just
00:46be children.
00:47Hmm. Panelists, does Keisha K-Or have a point by shielding her children from the public eye,
00:53or is keeping the kids a secret pointless, considering the couple already broadcasted
00:58their wedding on TV and shares the rest of their lives every day on social media? Let
01:03me see your panels. Hold them up. Here we go. In three, two, one. Right. Go, go, go.
01:07Oh, my God.
01:08Shade. Marshmallow woman. Okay. Michelle, you're shading. I'm shading. I mean, what does
01:16she do again? She's a business woman. She's a business woman, but she likes reality life.
01:22So if you like reality life, then your show has to be on the platform. So I'm just like,
01:26I don't know that you get to pick and choose unless you're like the EP of your show, right?
01:30I don't know. I'm just like, if you had another talent besides being a reality star, then maybe.
01:36Ouch. But the Kardashians and a lot of the reality stars do it. They tend to shield some
01:40things and show some things. So why is she exempt? Well, I think if I, if I'm correct,
01:46Kanye West does not want Kim to show the kids because he actually has a talent and he wants
01:52to be famous for other reasons. They do not. That's why Kourtney's kids are all over the place.
01:56Ouch. Sydney, there's a lot of shade. Sydney, tell me,
02:00what you think? All right. I'm sorry. I just grew this beard and it's like getting
02:04the beard. It's very nice. Yeah. I think she slayed because Keisha and Gucci have decided
02:12to be famous, but their kids haven't, their kids didn't make that choice. So if they don't
02:17want their kids in the public eye, that's, that's their decision and you have to respect it. And
02:21also it's kind of like kids nowadays, you grow up in the limelight. Some of them are like absolutely
02:26crazy. So like you might like just pump the brakes, let the kids have a life, let the kids
02:31be normal kids. I agree with her. Scotty. Yeah, I totally agree. I think if, you know,
02:36Keisha's kids or Gucci's kids decide that they want to be out there, then let them be out there
02:41on Instagram or whatever it is. But some people don't like posting their kids on Instagram,
02:46on Twitter and stuff like that because people are ruthless. Yeah, they are. And rude. And I am not
02:51one. I don't have a kid yet, but I know that once my kid is out there, you won't be saying anything
02:57disrespectful. It's going to be a beautiful kid. It's going to be a beautiful child. It'll be a
03:01problem. But as far as talent is concerned, Gucci is a talent. Yes. But Gucci could also tell Keisha,
03:06hey, I don't want my kids anywhere near that, you know, TV screen. But that's what I'm curious about,
03:11right? And I'm not even talking about like when kids have a hashtag for their name, it's like stop.
03:16Right. But I mean, this is a televised wedding. You know, a lot of people are watching. This is true,
03:21but I do think the kids were on the show, but we have to keep watching to see. All right. We're
03:24going to keep the Halloween Slater Shade Party going. Kayla, tell me what folks are saying.
03:29Okay. They're slaying Keisha and her decision. Sandra Batiste says, I can respect her decision
03:33of keeping her family private. No one has the right to see your kids if you don't want them to.
03:37Kosep Brown says, I don't know this woman, but if she's happy, God is love. Stay blessed.
03:44Danayla says, I wouldn't show you my kid's pinky toe if I were a celebrity because people are
03:48mentally off their rocker. There are more bullies now than ever. So I don't blame her.
03:52That is so true. You do have to, they chose to be famous, not the kids.
