00:23So how do three close girlfriends
00:25start their own street food stand?
00:27We all met in the restaurant business.
00:29We put together a concept, and once we did,
00:32everything kind of just came into play.
00:34Really fast.
00:35Yeah.
00:36I fell in love with the restaurant business
00:37probably in, like, 2006, my first restaurant job.
00:40I just love the atmosphere.
00:42I love the people.
00:43I love eating.
00:44I love to cook.
00:45Love different flavors.
00:46Been exposed to it since a young kid.
00:48And ever since then, it just was a passion.
00:50What was your background in restaurants
00:52that kind of brought you together?
00:53Tell me a little bit more about that.
00:54I've managed restaurants for probably
00:56about the last 10 years,
00:57and I actually met Christine at one of those restaurants.
01:00And then over the last couple years,
01:02I met Jasmine.
01:03We just kind of clicked together,
01:04and the rest is kind of history, right?
01:07And you guys are so in sync.
01:09You're like sisters.
01:10We truly believe in, like, magic.
01:12Like, everything that's happening from the business
01:14to us meeting to this very moment right here.

01:18We know how to balance, how to work with each other.
01:22It's always a good time.
