00:30The next time that you are talking to an attractive man,
00:32put your own attention on your private part.
00:36Okay, and how do I do that without making a face like...
00:39Let's do it now. Come on, let's do it now.
00:41And what you're thinking about is how glorious you are,
00:45how powerful you are, how majestic you are, how incredible you are.
00:49You're going to have to do some private lessons and teach me how to do that.
00:52I'm going to need some practice.
00:53I feel like everything reads across my face.

00:56Well, you know what reads the best?
00:57Confidence.
00:58Whether you are in the bedroom or out of the bedroom,
01:01the power of the P is nothing but confidence and self-love
01:05and knowing that you are worthy, you are worth loving,
01:08you deserve everything good in the universe,
01:11and so it's coming to you literally in the bedroom or out of the bedroom.
01:15And there's nothing wrong with confidence.
01:16Confidence is beautiful.
01:17It doesn't mean you're arrogant.
01:18It doesn't mean you're stuck up.
01:19No.
01:20But confidence means you're comfortable and secure in your own skin,
01:22and that's what we should all strive to have across the board,
01:25not just as you mentioned in our bedrooms, but across the board.
