00:20Yes. I just came from the 365 Black Awards, which were awesome.
00:25I saw B.O.B. perform, which was cool.
00:27And then I co-hosted Essence Live, which was also very cool.
00:31That's so cool. So we have to talk about this gorgeous hair.
00:35And I know you talk about it all the time, but it's just so glorious.
00:39So, is there a hair tip you can give out there for the ladies that are natural like you?
00:45Protective hairstyle. See, I try and not put heat on it until it comes to events or work.
00:51So what I do, I'm honestly, like, my hair's in a bun half the time.
00:54So, wash and go's with deep conditioner all the time. Keep it in, wash it out, or do twist outs.
01:01I like doing twist outs because then I don't have to do as much to curl my hair.
01:06Like this right now, this is a wash and go. I used Wonder Curl. Yes, I used Wonder Curl.
01:11I usually use Eco Styler. And then just for the top parts right here that just aren't as curly, put a little curl in them.
01:18And then I put a pineapple bun at the end of the day and it stays for like five days.
01:23Okay, now that is like the greatest hair tip I've ever heard in my life.

01:31Now, speaking of hair, do you have a hair crush out there?
01:36Hair crush? Well, Tracy is my hair crush.
01:39Her hair is glorious.
01:41Yes, it really is.
01:42It is amazing.
01:43I remember, it was like the first or second episode in, she texted me.
01:47She was like, hey, do you want to do a quick hair photo shoot in my house?
01:50I was like, okay, cool.
01:52So, we come, like, she just, like, we basically picked out our hair as big as it possibly got.
01:57Her hair is like miraculous. It's pretty great.
