00:26the entire world. Driven women, women who overcome struggle and challenge and hardship and are here
00:33standing proud it's so empowering you leave the room completely empowered. I have always wanted to
00:40be recognized by Essence because I recognize myself from the very first issue. But just to be invited
00:49to sit amongst all of you talented beautiful women. I am really touched, very overwhelmed,
00:59and extremely grateful. I would also like to thank everyone who helped me play this part and everyone
01:07who was there for me and my babysitter that was on set thanks to everyone. To see your peers go through
01:16some of the same struggles as you have and achieve their dreams and their goals. We have been in every
01:23part of Hollywood having our say-so both in front of them behind the camera. We applaud the collective
01:28efforts that we're all making and to just you know appreciate each other's craft. And I always have
01:34to come here every year so I can feel my cup up, I can see your faces, hear your voices, so I can get back
01:42to work. When the personality comes to serve the energy of the soul that is authentic power. I am grateful
01:52that you see me and that you have heard me and that what I have said has mattered. I am humbled by this day.
