00:00I researched it and there are no African-American women. Yes, there was a
00:08Canadian woman, but African-American women who have not only competed but
00:13more medaled in in the sport of diving. So I thought that that would be really
00:18something innovative, a new challenge to take on, and something that could not
00:22only inspire me, but inspire other girls who are coming up through the ranks. So
00:26that's why, and I love swimming. Yes, black girls, we swim. I'm one of them. For
00:31me, it was an opportunity to inspire others. It was to do something that was
00:36very different, very out-the-box. I have a nonprofit called Camp Kizzy and it's all
00:40about girls and self-esteem and empowerment. And you know, we teach them
00:43to dream big, think big, and accomplish big. And part of it is, you know, you, what I've
00:48learned through working with the girls is you don't know to dream it if you don't
00:51know it exists. So I just use some really great, you know, natural hair products at
00:55the end of the day. It's about keeping your hair really hydrated and just making
00:59sure that when you get out of that chlorine, you wash your hair. You know, no
01:03matter what your hair looks like once it's wet, it's about embracing it and
01:07loving yourself for you and all that that entails. So, you know, another passion of me
01:12is absolutely hair care and just healthy living in general. And I'm actually, I've
01:18met with a few companies about developing my own hair care line. So I'm going to be
01:22making a decision who I'm going with soon. And I'm really, really excited about it
01:26because for me, it's about the quality of the product. I wouldn't sell anyone
01:31anything that I would not only use it but buy myself. It's a great blessing, not only
01:36in humility, but embracing yourself, loving yourself and accepting yourself as you are.
