00:00I'm often known as a loner. You know what I mean? I really kind of stand on my own two feet and it's like me against the world, kind of Tupac, Renegade type R&B. But, you know, I think, you know, I think now it's time, you know, to show the camaraderie that I have with, you know, my peers, you know what I mean? From rappers to singers to everybody. So, I think it's all happening at a good time, too.
00:29We're doing a lot of writing and producing for some cool people. Jennifer Hudson, we actually got a Grammy with that one for her album, which is really great. Jamie Foxx, Carrie Hilson, they got nominated.
00:43Pletcher P got nominated three times. We did his single, Under. We did the Latoya Luckett single, Regret, featuring Ludacris. Omarion featuring Gucci, I Get It In.
00:55And, you know, Sex, Love & Pain just kind of pushed us into that, you know, that space where, you know, everybody wanted to get, you know, some cool records from us and do some, you know, collaborations.
01:04New label, new energy, you know, new everything, man. It's very exciting. It's a lot different from Sex, Love & Pain because Sex, Love & Pain was a very, um, Sex, Love & Pain was the blues.
01:16You know what I mean? It was a very sad album, very heartbreaker, and I hate you, and, you know, all these things. And, you know, my music just kind of reflects my life that way, you know.
01:27And so now with everything new and, you know, and just embarking on new territory and being very excited about doing it, this album reflects that.
01:36Communication makes a relationship great. And to go along with that communication has to be honesty, you know what I mean?
01:45You just can't communicate a bunch of foolishness. It sets the stage, you just be transparent, you know what I mean?
01:50To where, you know, I kind of know what to expect from you and you know what to expect from me. Therefore, I mean, it's easier to please each other that way, be it physically, most part mentally.
02:02You know what I mean? We know how to be there for each other when that communication is intact. I just do what comes natural to me.
02:09You know, I like to stay in shape. I like to make good music. I like to write about what I experience. So, you know, and women find it sexy.
02:18So, you know, I'll take it, you know. I'll try to not abuse that and be responsible over that title.
