00:00Here's we have a second question. This one comes from Crystal in Chicago. It says,
00:05is it true that fast food increases my chance of a heart attack? And if so, why? And I would say
00:12fast food is not bad. You know, as when I was a kid growing up, my mom, there were five of us. So
00:18she made fast food her own way. She made a batch of burritos, a batch of red beans, a batch of
00:23different things and put it in the freezer. And our job was to take it out and heat it real fast.
00:27That was fast food. But now what we're doing is we're going through these drive-thrus,
00:32these quick service that are high in salt, sugar, and fat that plague our communities and that are
00:39devoid of fresh fruits and vegetables. And we eat these things thinking that we're saving time,
00:44but what we're really doing is we're cutting our time on this earth. And so we have to be careful
00:49about those things. So I would encourage you to engage in fast food, but fast food that's prepared
00:54at home, fast food that has natural ingredients, fast food that's going to help energize your body.
01:01By doing this, you can actually stay away from people like me. You stay away from docs who are
01:07looking to do procedures. You stay away from docs who are giving you meds, unless you have to be on it,
01:12that now you take your power back and you fuel the fire that helps you fight disease,
01:18fuel the fire that helps you fight social change.
