The New South Wales police commissioner has extended restrictions on protests in Sydney for another fortnight. He says the move is justified with tensions remaining high in the community as the city prepares for a visit by the Israeli President Isaac Herzog.

01:09He personally has been found by the UN Commission of Inquiry to have incited the commission of genocide.
01:15Israel's President has denied those findings.
01:18Protest groups are planning to march from town hall to state parliament within an area covered by the restrictions.
01:25They say they'll consult with police, but they plan to march regardless.
01:29The Israeli President is expected to arrive in Australia on Sunday.
