01:06It's been more than two years since Darren Wake appealed his 26-year prison sentence.
01:11The delay is due to a dispute about his legal representation, and the case is set to return
01:17to court on Friday.
01:18You know, it holds people in their trauma. It holds people in often the worst day or days
01:23of their lives, and therefore, you know, hinders their ability to move forward.
01:29This week, Rachel would have turned 57 years old.

01:39for everything and found the little moments that brought her joy.
