01:07ang pinakamalaganap, sistematiko at sentralisadong paglimas ng pondo sa kabanang bayan sa kasaysayan ng Republika.
01:17Para matukoy kung sufficient in form, dapat nasunod dito ang mga itinakdang forma ng reklamo,
01:23tulad ng wastong verification, pirma at iba pa.
01:27Sa ilalim ng rules, ang complaint dapat ay katulad ng nabanggit niyo kanina,
01:31verified under oath by the complainant through an affidavit stating that he has read and understood the contents of the complaint
01:40and that the allegations therein are true and correct based on his personal knowledge or authentic documents.
