00:14The Gossip Girl revival has been cancelled at HBO Max.
00:17The Hollywood Reporter has learned that the Warner Brothers Discovery-owned platform has pulled the plug on the reboot after two seasons.

00:28The news comes the same day that the penultimate episode of Season 2 was released.
00:33The now-series finale, titled I Am Gossip, will debut on January 26th.
00:39Sources say the second season was designed with some finality.
00:42The showrunner said in a statement, in part,
00:45We are currently looking for another home.
00:47But in this climate, that might prove an uphill battle.
00:50And so, if this is the end, at least we went out on the highest of highs.
