00:00Sad news for fans of the series The Sex Lives of College Girls,
00:03the show has been cancelled after three seasons at max.
00:07But never fear, production company Warner Bros. Television is exploring finding a new home for
00:13the show. The coming-of-age comedy dropped the finale of its most recent season in January.
00:19I don't know if you guys noticed, but I've been feeling kind of overwhelmed lately.
00:22Ah! What? Did you just take an espresso being like a pill? It's a life hack!
00:27Season 3 saw the departure of original cast member Renee Rapp, who left two episodes into the latest
00:32run. The series ran a mostly cliffhanger-free season 3 finale, leading some viewers to wonder
00:37if this was the end of the show, even though it has been pretty consistently near the top 10 of
00:42Max's top 10 list of most-viewed shows, though that didn't translate to making Nielsen's wider
00:47top 10 streaming charts. Co-showrunner Justin Noble, who oversaw the show with Mindy Kaling,
00:52insisted at the time that the episode wasn't meant to wrap up the series. He said,
00:56No one told us to, like, wrap up the show or anything like that. I think just me as a creator,
01:01I'm losing interest in cliffhangers. He added that while the final scene wasn't a cliffhanger,
01:06there are certainly character storylines that are unresolved. Whether those storylines will get
01:10resolved remains to be seen. Sources tell THR Warner Bros. Television will try to find another
01:15outlet for the show. Max and Warner Bros. declined to comment. For more on this story and all the latest
