00:03to be more consistent to be more successful to be a better person by starting the day off with an
00:08easy win and on today's episode of the recap well let's just say staying up really late at night to
00:18get more work done has kind of been counterproductive because then i wake up late then
00:25i don't get my morning workout in but i did get more stuff done at work so work-life balance is
00:33kind of difficult i either work 24 7 or i don't and then i feel like i should be working 24 7
00:41does anybody else feel that way just about like getting all the stuff done that they need to
00:46during the day i feel like either i'm working all the time getting nothing done or i'm relaxing
00:54and the only thing i can think about is doing work stuff so i'm trying to figure that out because
01:00i wouldn't necessarily say that i want to think about work all day it's just i feel like i have to
01:09because i got work to do and super bowl is coming up i will say it again seahawks are winning the
01:18super bowl we have the best defense still in the playoffs sam darnold is playing great we probably
01:25have the best receiver in the super bowl and i'm excited to see what we do
01:32dryer sheet and just like that another bet is made and we're gonna have a great day today because
01:41we're gonna have a positive attitude because that's what's important and just like that i'll see
