00:00By the way, Josh Allen said he's not going to give up on Keon Coleman.
00:03Your owner gave up on him.
00:04Your previous head coach gave up on him.
00:06Pretty sure the general manager gave up on him.
00:07And when nobody wants to take confirmation on who made the pick,
00:11your organization gave up on him.
00:12Congratulations, Josh Allen.
00:13You're not giving up on Keon Coleman.
00:16I mean, I just don't get it.
00:19I mean, you're acting as if he was once an all-world superstar,
00:24all-American, Super Bowl MVP that has just hit a rough patch.
00:28Like, no, no.
00:29The kid was immature at Florida State.
00:32He was a wild card, which is why he dropped to begin with.
00:36And he continues to be that.
00:38He hasn't grown up yet.
00:39So, you know, he's running out of time, though.
00:41I'll tell you that.
00:42This is his final chance.
00:44Something tells me I don't know that he is going to grow up in time
00:48in order to continue a career in the NFL.
00:51Yeah, we don't care about Keon Coleman and Josh Allen.
00:53We want to know what Josh Allen has to say about the firing of his previous coach,
00:57Sean McDermott.
00:57Here you go.
00:58How much more emotional did you get when you heard the news of Sean being fired?
01:03Yeah.
01:03In the wake of all this.
01:04Very, very emotional.
01:06You know, there was a time where, again, I'm sitting in my house.
01:10I wake up to a call from Mr. Pergola telling me that it's –
01:14telling me what had transpired.
01:15And I called Coach McDermott immediately.
01:18And I've got nothing but love and respect for Coach McDermott.
01:21The last, you know, eight seasons, eight years of my life,
01:24he's been through ups and downs of me as a player, as a person.
01:29You know, he's seen me grow up in a sense.
01:32And to know that, again, we've had a lot of success here.
01:37And, you know, I'd be lying to you if I'm sitting here saying that, you know,
01:43I feel like I had part in it.
01:45Because if we made – if I make one more play that game in Denver,
01:50we're probably not having this press conference right now.
01:52We're probably not making a change.
01:55And I want to say it's probably – we're probably getting ready to play another game.
01:59And that's the hard part to take in from my perspective.
02:05But that's reality.
02:06It is what it is now.
02:08And I am very – again, very fortunate and thankful for Coach McDermott
02:13and everything that he's done and the trajectory that he's set here for our players.
02:19Oh, yeah.
02:20Everybody beating around the bush over there.
02:22Yeah, good old Sean.
02:23Maybe it wasn't Sean McDermott's fault after all, Joe.
02:26No, it absolutely wasn't.
02:27It's laughable that it was.
02:30And it's also laughable to think that another one of these situations where,
02:34all right, so that was your first interview.
02:37Nobody got a second interview.
02:39And it feels like as time went on, all right, we just got to keep it in-house
02:44because we got to keep – all they said in that press conference was how they were –
02:48it was Josh Allen is Josh Allen at.
02:50Our job here is to make sure that Josh Allen is –
02:52it was clear that Josh Allen had some sort of influence in going with Joe Brady.
03:00But the whole thing, you're just too close to it at this point.
03:02It's too emotional.
03:03He spent more time talking about McDermott than he did Brady.
03:07Okay.
03:10Same.
03:10Same.
03:11Same.
03:11Same.
03:12Same.
