00:00I'm Josh from Sylosis and these are my four favorite metal albums.
00:05I'm going to go for Anjustice for All by Metallica, my older sister's boyfriend.
00:10And when I was a kid, he handed me a CD of that record because I was into Slipknot and he was like.
00:15Check this out.
00:16Just an absolute riff fest.
00:17So that's got to be up there for me.
00:20Number two, I'm going to pick Iowa by Slipknot.
00:22I remember when I was a kid being really into...
00:25and into Life is Peachy and then when Follow the Leader came out, when they sort of blew up.
00:30I remember just kind of feeling like, oh, it's not quite as heavy, not as intense.
00:33And then Slipknot came out.
00:35Love them.
00:36And then they got massive off that first record, so I was kind of expecting like the next...
00:40one to be like, oh, I hope it's not just more tame.
00:43And it was so much heavier and more intense.
00:45And more death metal vibes.
00:46And I just remember as a fan just being like, this is the coolest thing ever.
00:50So I...
00:50I love that record.
00:51Super heavy.
00:52Super intense.
00:53Definitely one of my favorite albums ever.
00:55Up next, I'm going to pick Arise by Sepultura.
00:57Again, another record that is just full of riff.
01:00And somewhat of a blueprint for what Sylosis does in some ways.
01:04Just loads of...
01:05different vibes.
01:06They had some of that kind of influence from the hardcore scene as well as just...
01:10tons of thrash and death metal.
01:12And lastly, I'm going to pick Symbolic by Death.
01:14Yeah, the production...
01:15great.
01:16Again, just full of riffs.
01:17It's a bit more progressive, but just so many riffs.
01:20And I just love good riffs.
01:21And it's just full of them.
01:22So that's it.
01:23That's my pick.
01:25Oh, yeah.
01:26if you're playing again it's the real thing.
01:31This is just a würden flip of a rocket.
01:42Let's...
01:45As long as you're playing the pressed, what could you do on the rocket?
01:50Your body is just supposed to be emulsated.
