00:40Arzia said the statements had damaged Farhash's political legacy by suggesting that
00:45he was nothing more than a manipulator who exploited his position for personal gain.
00:50The court held that both defendants had acted with malice, noting that Badru had
00:55framed the statements as factual observations, while Norbias amplified their impact through
01:00sensational titles and commercial exploitation despite receiving a notice to report
01:05to remove the video.
