00:11just want to share with you just seven examples of some ways you can do that
00:16and make some extra cash from home with your toddler okay so one is blogging in
00:23affiliate marketing okay and blogging is is amazing and affiliate marketing is
00:27great too and I know what you might be thinking was that dead what about AI is
00:31raining money in that stuff it's all great questions but what's so cool about
00:36I'm gonna get into those and eventually but what's so cool about blogging and
00:40affiliate marketing is you can do it anywhere in the world at any time in
00:44nearly any niche you have lots of hell of fun doing it and you can earn some
00:50really decent cash so if you're not sure what affiliate marketing is when you post
00:54a link and somebody clicks on it purchases something you get paid all
00:58so you can make money if somebody fills out a form for more information so you
01:03don't have to sell anything okay it's super flexible and there's lots of
01:08different business models with it now as far as blogging is dead it it's not
01:15because what's so cool about a blog is for I'll just give you one example you can
01:19make these little gadgets I put here with AI and a lot of your blog posts you can
01:24actually repurpose into other places like medium LinkedIn which takes no time at
01:30all sub stack for even more views you can turn into a video for more views so
01:36there's lots of ways this you can still get tried traffic to also some people want
01:41the human experience and stories rather than just an AI example of something as far as
01:48income wise with a blog you can actually have ad revenue on day one okay you know
01:55also it's more money than YouTube so you can definitely make money and there's a
02:00lot of different ways you can advertise like affiliate links with Amazon for
02:05example you get paid if anybody purchases anything within Amazon within 24 hours and
02:10because of tick-tock shop Amazon rates have actually gone up and that's just one
02:16example there's a lot of ways they make money like the pictures in a blog post like this you
02:25could also pair with microstock and also make money so there's definitely money to
02:29be made in that as well I do think though it's good to diversify not just for like just on a
02:35WordPress block but you own it that's what's cool right they can't take it away from you all right
02:39number two is Etsy all right if you're not sure what that is it's where people make handmade things
02:45and they sell it but what's so cool actually took it I took a class all about this and they're in
02:51demand is you can actually create downloadable items like planners wall art templates trackers
02:57and more and sell them on Etsy and there's no inventory no shipping and you can you keep a lot of
03:04the money and passive too because once you create it you can post it and make money and that's not
03:10the only place you can post it you can do it on eBay as well and sell it and make money the bad news
03:17with Etsy is it does cost some money to open up an Etsy shop it's I think it's like 15 30 bucks
03:23plus to list an item and plus you have to pay a fee if you sell it now eBay you can list an item
03:30it's for free unless it's sold you get so many free listing a month I believe uh but I've sold
03:38on eBay as well uh not not on Etsy though all right anyways moving on transcriptionist yes you
03:45could do this uh this is a transcriber somebody who like listens to audio or watches the video and
03:51just writes what they heard or saw and it's a real thing and again you might be thinking well
03:56can't AI do that well here's the thing if you ever if you ever made a TikTok video you'll know that
04:03you can hit a button and have the words pop up under the video but the word sometimes those words are
04:10not correct so I when I make TikTok videos I have to go in there and change them so what companies
04:16want you to do is they hire people to make sure that they're accurate so you have to be accurate that's
04:21bad news but it is a real thing because I looked into my for myself um the pay is not great but if
04:27you do if you go into like medical legal it's way more uh all right next up is an email marketing
04:34specialist and I love email and this actually pairs great with affiliate marketing and so much fun because
04:41here's the thing about email you have to get your emails open people are busy and what's so cool about
04:48emails you can be way more creative see with like a blog you have to worry about something called
04:54SEO which is you have to put the keywords in the blog post same thing with like YouTube and stuff
04:59but with email you could you know you can go over like with these magazines that people use for titles
05:08and you can kind of use that for inspiration and you can talk about anything you know the way is
05:14gossip and you can tie it into you know a product and you can make money uh you know some of the best
05:19copywriters do that actually uh like three towns up is Ben Settle and he's one of the best copywriters
05:26and he does all kinds of crazy shit to get people to open the freaking emails um but you can get paid for
05:32that and uh people will pay you if you know what you're doing again what about AI well here's the
05:37thing you have to know the basics before you ask AI to do stuff it doesn't just you know you you so you
05:44have to know the fundamentals of copywriting and there's a lot of money in copywriting copywriting
05:51is getting people to do stuff like like click a link or you know you know open an email I mean just
05:58open the email it's like whoa and just read it you know because people they're just you know
06:05you know you don't get what I'm saying okay but you can charge for this it's very flexible hours high
06:10paid it's skill based not degree and it definitely scales with freelancing or long-term clients
06:18and it can be a ton of fun and you could pair with other things too um and entry levels can make
06:25pretty good money and experience you can make way more cash if you know what you're doing
06:29um okay and you could charge for to help people with their emails too I mean obviously it helps if
06:36you have some results under your belt um but that's another idea okay uh a pin to interest virtual
06:41system yes people pay for this uh you can also pair is great with affiliate marketing pin to interest
06:46is great you know you know it's a very fun job of designing creating pins writing descriptions
06:52uh to be 100% transparent because I do a lot of stuff on pin interest
06:56is AI works great with the descriptions you can have AI do all the heavy lifting
07:01and you just design the pin you pop it and you get traffic I do get a lot of traffic for
07:06pin interest uh scheduled content managing boards looking at data that's what you're doing
07:10um and it also pairs again pairs great with affiliate marketing you know it's super flexible
07:17very fun in this retainer base so it's predictable income and it's in high demand uh and a lot of
07:24pin interest VAs they work off monthly retainers so it's steady income and this is what the pay is
07:31and if you're advanced you can make 400 1,500 dollars a client if you know what you're doing
07:36but the results may vary of course I put that in all the stuff okay uh bookkeeping
07:42uh bookkeeping is managing a business's finances you know tracking income expenses uh invoices
07:50and it's great because it's predictive predictable stable income flexible hours work from home
07:55high demand and you know what I like about it is a lot of the bookkeepers they work on steady retainers
08:02uh so it's steady income without having to search for work it's not like a sales job and the pay is
08:08very nice you know look at this you know 20 30 bucks an hour beginners and if you're advanced you
08:13can make more and look at their monthly retainers 300 or 2 000 dollars a client um and lastly i think
08:20this is the last one is travel planners you need paid for this this is someone with help somebody plan
08:27out their trips uh like research flights destinations activities hotels and some earn on commission
08:34some charging uh uh uh planning fees stuff like that and i have a place here i put on here where
08:45what is this thing it's travel pay um if you're getting into the travel niche
08:52this is a website that has all the resources in once that you can make money off of so it's
08:59very simplified and i think it's an affiliate marketing website and it pairs great with travel
09:04uh so yeah there's lots of perks and it's super flexible the earnings are are different they could
09:13be a hundred to five hundred dollars a trip for somebody uh per booking you know five or twenty
09:18percent of the booking you know and stuff like that these are the estimated income but results can
09:24vary as well and uh yeah you can kind of begin for example the one or two clients a month and increase
09:31your bookings over time and then you know you can go definitely very part-time or even full-time if
09:36you wanted to or so it's super flexible these are just some ideas and there's really a ton ton more
09:42um and now you might be thinking well this sounds great you know but you know how do i find these
09:47jobs or how do i get them and you know all that kind of good stuff well i actually created a video that

09:58you want to call it to make some cash from home so you don't have to commute you don't gotta you know
10:03deal with traffic you know you could save your save gas money you know and you know be at home uh and have

10:40basically giving people free money like they didn't even have to pay until they got their check and they had
10:44we had like three teams of cpa accountants all double check and sign their license on it
10:50it was just bonkers you know you know some of these business owners were making you know really
10:56good money uh but it felt kind of great because i helped a lot of small restaurant owners and bars
11:03that were about to fold you know you know basically keep them alive and they had employees and stuff
11:10but anyways there are out there that was a great one i did but i ended anyways uh i hope this video
