00:00Maybe you're looking out your window and you're joyful to see all of the snow that we received yesterday.
00:06Maybe you're not.
00:07But I do have a little glimpse of joy in my life right now that I want to share with you because I'm really happy to have some great neighbors and I'm happy to have a great husband.
00:17So yesterday I went outside shoveling and my husband's like, why are you doing that now?
00:21I told you I would do it later.
00:22I was like, we have a foot of snow on the ground already.
00:25It's 10 a.m.
00:25I said, if we don't tackle this now, we're never going to get it off the cars and whatever.
00:31So I'm out there shoveling for like an hour, barely made a dent in this, and then it starts to rain.
00:37It's 14 degrees and it's raining.
00:40And so I called him from outside.
00:42I was like, you need to get the snowblower out here now before we're unable to move this at all.
00:46And it took him like two seconds.
00:47So he's like, you go in, warm up.
00:49I'm going to take care of this.
00:50I was like, okay.
00:51So by the time I got in the house and like peeled off all my clothes appropriately, I look out the window and I see my husband with a snowblower trucking down the road.
01:02And I was like, what is he doing?
01:03He went through and plowed like snow blew our neighbors who were outside shoveling that didn't have snowblowers.
01:10And I was like, look at him being neighborly.
01:12It took a lot of coaxing to get him out there to do anything.
01:14But then he ended up doing like four other driveways, which was really awesome of him.
01:18And then, yeah, our neighbors called and they were like, we've just made a bunch of food and stuff.
01:22You guys need to come over and we can't go anywhere anyway.
01:25So let's just like watch football together.
01:27So it was such a lovely neighborly thing to do.
01:31So shout out to the neighbors today.
01:33I bickered with my next door neighbor while shoveling yesterday.
01:36And we both had to go out at the same time at the end of one of those football games.
01:40Yeah.
01:40And he had it on his phone.
01:42And so I told him, hey, let's put the end of the Patriots game on my Bluetooth speaker so we can listen to it at the same time.
01:49Oh, it was great.
01:50And he's a Patriots fan.
01:51So, you know, he was hype.
01:53So excited.
01:54But then he's like, I think I'm going to take a break.
01:57This was snow shovel three for me.
01:59He left it all to one.
02:01So then I said, hey, don't worry.
02:02I'm feeling pretty fresh.
02:04I'll just keep working on yours.
02:06I'm almost done with mine.
02:07And he was like, no, don't worry about it.
02:09And I'm like, no, seriously, I've got some energy.
02:12He was like, no, this is not the way it works.
02:14I said, this is the way it works.
02:15This is called being a neighbor.
02:16And we were laughing and laughing.
02:19But he reminds me, he goes, you're the one that has to go to work tomorrow.
02:22My wife and I work from home.
02:24Don't worry about it.
02:24Go in and see your daughter.
02:25And I said, okay, fine.
02:28Nice arguments with neighbors.
02:29You just feel when you look out there, you're like, I could have just done this.
02:33And now half of his driveway is done.
02:35I need to get back out there.
02:36You also get it.
02:37You peeled off all those layers.
02:38I've already got all this on.
02:39Yeah.
02:40Okay.
02:40Yeah.
02:40If I take it off, I'm not coming back out.
02:43Right.
02:44Right.
