00:29the Ecuador, to maintain conversations, dialogue with the Ministries of Security, the Minister
00:37of Interior, the Minister of Defense, the Jefes of Comando Conjunct, and to estrechar
00:42even more the collaboration that maintains the Ecuador and the U.S. in terms of security.
00:50In this meeting, there were issues of cooperation and, of course, large operations that come
