00:05in terms of the swearing-in of secretaries and assistant secretaries in the Tobago House of
00:11Assembly. According to Chief Secretary Farley-Augustin, the ceremony is set to take place
00:17and President Christine Kangaloo will be in attendance.
00:21Some people will be asked to step away from their comfort zone and to bring their management
00:28skills to bear on the visions that require good management.
00:34The Chief Secretary also called on the people of Tobago to continue holding the Tobago House of
00:40Assembly accountable.
00:42This is a team that I need you to keep on its toes because I believe Tobago gave us yet another chance
00:53and 15-0 does not mean that we could do what we want.
00:58Mr. Agustin stressed that the people of Tobago remain the administration's employer.
01:05You the people, you the members of this political party, you are our employers.

01:15They answer to me and we answer to you.
01:19The Chief Secretary said his administration is focused on delivery and warned contractors
01:25who are awarded projects that failure to perform will not be tolerated.
01:30It means that when you are successful in tendering for a contract, don't let me have to send you
01:38a legal notice because you can't finish it.
01:43Because I can tell you, we don't see blue, red, black or green when it comes to delivery.
01:49If you can't deliver, you're out.
01:51Somebody else will take your place.
