00:00Let's talk about Matthew Stafford. And what do you see for Matthew Stafford today in a game that
00:05is going to also feature a ferocious defense? It is, but it's not an unfamiliar one. And I think
00:13with Matthew Stafford's ability to excel at most is obviously is the mental aspect of the game.
00:18The physical aspect has always been there for him, but he is a cerebral smart quarterback.
00:22He's going to know exactly what the coverages are. He's seen this team twice. He sees this
00:26team every year, right? There's familiarity, which I think favors a little bit at this point,
00:32Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay. So I'm going to still lean on that side. Do you think it will be
00:36a close game? I think Seattle is going to give it everything they have. If Seattle won, it would
00:41not shock me in the slightest. Seattle has been fantastic. But I think there's just a little bit,
00:47you know, kind of like when we watched the 49ers at the end of the year before they played Seattle
00:50and people were saying, oh, look, the 49ers are back. They look so good. I was like, yeah,
00:53let's have them play a real team, right? I don't want to take that same ass kicking that I saw last
00:58week and invert that and say, oh, look, Seattle's unbeatable. Well, good. They did the 49ers. No,
01:04the 49ers have problems, massive problems, massive holes, massive injuries, right? So I think this Rams
01:11team coming in is coming in a different way. I think they're very excited to get out of the cold.
01:15That was Chicago. That's for damn sure. Get home. The travel's a lot easier here as well for them.
01:20So they've been out there. They've been playing. They've been the road warriors here. So they're
01:24going to have to play all these road games to get there. But they put themselves in that situation.
01:27And I think for a Stafford McVeigh team, being the ones that are the chaser instead of the chasey,
01:34I think is a really unique position for them that they're not used to being in. Now they put
01:38themselves there. They earned that. But I think there's something about digging your way out here
01:44on the road that really bands them together in these last couple of games. Carolina was a tough out.
01:48Chicago was a tough out. Seattle's going to be the toughest out if they can get through them.
01:53But it's going to be Stafford, I think, and three touchdowns from him that'll have to power them
01:57through this game. Yeah, you've got me. Great job selling and promoting that game. I'm with you.
02:04The money is in the chase. All right. One slight wrinkle that can be in this familiar matchup between
02:10Seattle and the Rams would be the fact that it's Kenneth Walker III in the backfield here
02:16due to some injury situations. How will that play into this game, if at all?
02:22Well, look, it's going to play into this game. He's going to be a factor as long as he's healthy.
02:26So Ken Walker, obviously, getting the lion's share of the carries here with Zach Sharpenay out.
02:30So we're going to see the full workload. And again, I keep coming back to it. I mentioned it earlier.
02:34I think he is a rhythm running back. I think sometimes the deficit of Ken Walker is the fact
02:39that he doesn't get enough carries because he splits with Sharpenay sometimes.
02:42The reason for that is because Ken Walker has also had some injury history. And that's fair.
02:47You want to keep him healthy. But this is the end game here. So all bets are off. I would look for
02:52him to get 20 plus carries in this game, maybe even 25 touches total. Ken Walker is going to be,
02:56I think, the focal point of this offense. JSN, we know what he can do. Now this is another big
03:00moment for Sam Darnold. Can he pass another test on the big level? We shall see today.
