00:00Who needs enemies when you've got friends like Donald Trump?
00:04Seriously.
00:05And the Liberal Democrats have argued, long argued now,
00:08we should have learned from the first Trump presidency.
00:10We know what this guy's like. We're in a school.
00:12He's a bully. You're absolutely right, Emily.
00:14He's a bully. He's behaving like an international gangster.
00:17And they only understand strength.
00:20They only understand if you aren't strong enough to stand up to them on your own.
00:24You get your friends around you and you do it all together.
00:28And I think what this has shown us is that the kowtowing,
00:32the kissing of the hand that we've seen,
00:34and it has been so difficult to watch Keir Starmer and David Lammy
00:38go out there and be best pals and fishing with Vance and all of that.
00:41And I understand it was hard to see, but they were making an argument for it.
00:45We said, this is going to backfire. They don't care.
00:48And then what we saw this week is, lo and behold,
00:51they stole our lunch money one time.
00:53We caved. And why are we surprised that he did it again?
00:58He's going to keep doing it until we work out who our friends really are.
01:02And I think this is what this is doing.
01:03But you could argue this earlier that he hasn't done it.
01:06That he hasn't invaded Greenland.
01:08For now.
01:08And the tariffs have not been imposed.
01:09For now. But do we really want to have to go through this over and over?
01:14And it wasn't until, okay, Mark Rutter got him in a room and made some kind of a deal that I don't think Denmark or the people of Greenland had anything to do with.
01:23But also, the EU got together, suspended trade talks, and then put €93 billion worth of potential sanctions against him.
01:31And we all stood in lockstep.
01:33He also achieved the unbelievable, which is he got all political parties across the whole spectrum in this country coming out against him.
01:40I mean, maybe that's a good thing, maybe not.
01:42But this is not the way grown-ups behave.
01:45I mean, it's not the way grown-ups behave.
