00:00As of this time, the whole building is being escorted by elements of the PNPCIDG,
00:07backed up by the National Capital Region.
00:12As of now, we have accounted 159 personalities,
00:17tag as rescued, and persons of interest,
00:21and not less than three perpetrators or more.
00:29Or perpetrators, meaning yun sila ang nag-operate nito.
00:35And this is on the basis of the complaint and or information by our international partners,
00:45specifically from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam,
00:50yung mga ASEAN police partners natin.
00:54Such that meron tatlong Indonesian national that escaped from these premises,
01:06at humingi sila sa tulong sa Philippine National Police to rescue their mga kasama na marami pa dito.
01:14So that's the initial imp we have.
01:21That's why ang ating mga operatiba ay nag-organize to rescue and swoop down this space.
01:29And now, nandito kayo.
01:32Okay, before we have our Philippine offshore gaming operations,
01:37wala na yun. It is illegal na, no?
01:41But then, during FOGO ay meron din mga scamming.
01:46And this is exactly not a FOGO but a scamming.
01:51Scamming.
02:10Scamming.
02:11Mangaloko.
02:12So we are now studying the pieces of evidence,
02:19lalo na yung mga gadgets,
02:22yung mga laptops, cellular phones and iPads that they are using,
02:26at makikita naman doon kung sino yung mga laloloko.
02:29And now, of course, with the help of our Indonesian police and others,
02:37ay mapoprosecute natin ito.
02:39And we will share the necessary pieces of evidence to pursue cases against these personalities,
02:48lalong-lalong na yung mga mastermind dito,
02:50and using the complaint na madocument dun sa Indonesia.
02:56Like, for example, they will pretend to be police officers pagpapasahang ka,
03:03pero makikita mo dun may uniform at office talaga nila.
03:07They will pretend as bad cop, good cop, sweet and sour,
03:11and then only to find out, hinihinga ka na nila ng pera, naiscam ka na nila.
03:19Okay?
03:19Sir, magkano na kataga nag-o-open?
03:24So, per interview, per initial interview by our operatives,
03:32siguro yung dabababa ng 1.5 million peso ish na nabibiktima nila.
03:40And they have been doing this for about 3 months already.
