00:17At around 5.25 p.m., a fire broke out at the office of the Department of Public Works and Highways Cordillera
00:24located at Engineers Hill, Baguio City.
00:27Security personnel and DPWH driver were the first to respond,
00:32using fire extinguishers in an attempt to control the blaze.
00:36Firefighters later arrived and the fire was completely extinguished at 5.43 p.m.
00:42The fire affected an estimated one square meter of the financial management records room.

01:45no DPWH employees are allowed to enter while awaiting the investigators from the DPWH Central Office.
01:53Police officers are also stationed in the area to ensure that no unauthorized individuals can access the fire scene.
