00:00uh the uk has been experiencing some unusually chilly winter weather recently and there's one
00:07delivery driver who's getting creative with how he clears the ice off his windows um his name is
00:14jack and he has a pretty tight delivery window so he doesn't have a lot of time to like be scraping
00:20and getting all the things done so he pours vodka on his windshield to melt the ice what
00:27cheap vodka i would hope yeah yeah i mean and he said it works like a charm because
00:33in order for vodka to freeze it has to be way below zero right like you've made slushies and
00:40things like that right you know that it has to be super duper cold um so yeah the the cheap vodka
00:46he said do one even better for yourself put it in a spray bottle spray it on your windshield it will
00:52melt the ice and then it won't refreeze because the vodka's on there the alcohol will prevent it
00:57from freezing again so i i was blown away by this hack and i remember watching an interview

01:11wow and her cleaning supply was cheap vodka she said anytime you're in a kitchen or a bathroom
01:17rather than using bleach and other things that are toxins to the body use vodka i mean because you're
01:24not using it you're not actually drinking it right but if it gets on your toothbrush it's not going to
01:28make you drunk but it also is it going to kill you right right right so vodka will clean because of
01:33the alcohol content in it so i did a little digging and aside from cleaning and clearing off your
01:38windshield with vodka i found some other unique uses for cheap vodka okay dilute it with water it
01:45makes a great eyeglass cleaner oh oh my gosh and like glass and and window cleaner right or mirrors
01:51yeah yeah yeah um spray on your clothes instead of sending them to the dry cleaner every time
01:57now eventually you're gonna have to go and get that dry cleaned right but like if you are away
02:01and you have a suit that maybe you know you uh were sweating in and it's starting to smell a little
02:08bit spray some vodka under the arms and in the places that don't smell so great so it won't damage
02:14your clothes with diluted water i would assume right okay because knowing me i would forget the water
02:20and then i'd come into work and get fired because i smelled like vodka but vodka is odorless
02:24oh true i didn't even think it's not like putting bourbon under your arms yeah right right
02:28right um but that also works with like stinky shoes or like anything else like you know maybe
02:34you've got uh maybe your kid plays hockey i know hockey gear smells so terrible yeah um they also
02:40say a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of vodka in water will make your flowers last longer your
02:47fresh cut flowers yep this is crazy yep um and gray for sports injuries keep equal parts vodka and
02:55water in a ziploc bag in your freezer it makes like a slushy ice pack that then you can use it fully
03:03like wow so smart right you know really hurt you just open up the ice pack and drink the slushy you feel
