00:11drama today's flashback friday let's take a look at our favorite moments with our very special real

00:16talk guest hey real short it's me it's luke again i hope you missed me no i missed you and if you

00:25can't tell i'm in the middle of doing my taxes no i'm in the middle of doing a photo shoot my favorite

00:31moment on real talk uh first of all uh recording that with sarah and nikki and the people first and

00:38foremost uh doing that with them uh they're they're stars and uh very humbled to work with them anytime

00:45and they made the experience super great and then i'd quickly add doing music you know singing some

00:50of my songs and showing some of the music videos i've directed and written and seeing everyone

00:55react to that and seeing how everyone that meant that something to them hearing my story and just

01:01looking at all that that that meant a lot to me

01:03that was such a cool episode do you guys remember that luke came in with his band and gave us a whole

01:16concert my favorite moment on real talk was probably getting to laugh and tell stories with one of my

01:24best friends amanda laguri who was the host of both of my real talk episodes we talked about mental health

01:30we talked about one of our new shows between casey and i it was a blast like a funny awkwardness

01:36but you're way more awkward i think i would know i do like to make bad jokes around her

01:42around her what are some things that make you feel good and help you stay mentally healthy

01:49honestly writing music i just started doing it again it's been a while but i got inspired because

01:57usually like it takes something like to like snap in me to like be able to like write again because

02:02i feel like writing music is it comes to you like when you're at your lowest wow that was so touching

02:08thanks so much autumn for coming in and speaking about mental health i'm sure a lot of us can relate

02:13whoo favorite moment there's there's a couple so obviously bro talk you know yeah look at west is

02:21in there going bro talk i actually still get stopped and everyone's yelling at me to do bro talk they

02:25want me to come back on with my kids too and then we could even get the big bros all together and we

02:30could do another episode shout out we should do that we should definitely do that it was one time

02:34we got to let loose and just let the bros just chill and it was a fun time because i even i even

02:38talked about in the real talk one where all of us are off running our own series and so it's

02:43actually very rare that the guys get to mingle so even today whenever we were all interacting with

02:48each other i was like boy what's up what's up to get the bros together we should do a second round

02:52of bull pro talk let's do that what is your definition of bro code this summer so unspoken rules

02:58hangouts or fashion the handshake the handshakes need to be taken down like like there needs to be one

03:04thing because so many people do so many things and when you just meet somebody or like you're

03:10just leaving an event you don't know what you're gonna do so let's let's make it into one little

03:16like you're speaking truth right now this guy preaches yeah these guys that episode gave me fomo

03:22i want to be one of the bros my favorite moment on real talk was when ben and josh and i were doing

03:30our introductions because we couldn't even get through that it took maybe 10 minutes for us to

03:35just even say hello to the camera and we were cracking up and it was just such a happy day and

03:40happy moment and it was hilarious the funniest behind the scenes moment on that episode of real talk was

03:48when we were playing this game at the very end where you had just a few seconds to fill in to answer

03:55the question and just the answers coming out were ridiculous so scenario number one is you catch

04:04your spouse cutting the turkey at the christmas dinner there we go with a different person okay

04:11turkey there goes the pillow i'm cutting Simon you raggedy little

04:19oh okay listen what not only am i better looking than you but i'm much better than you how many

04:28push-ups can you do at least 12. dude 13. no way i don't believe 13. i hate you switch but i hate you more

04:37they look like they have so much fun together i'm curious what's it like working on set with your

04:42best friends uh i rode the motorcycle in i remember and i think we had to do that three times for

04:49different reasons i think uh either you know it's my motorcycle's name her name is roxanne cheers to

04:54roxanne and i think we just had issues getting it through that little door and that yeah um definitely

05:01watching playback of myself because i usually don't watch myself so when i saw it on the

05:07screen and we were watching i was like oh wow like it came out so beautifully when we were able to get

05:13pretty deep and we started talking about you know more about our feelings and our relationship with

05:19anger and our relationship with grief and vulnerability and i thought that was a really

05:24beautiful conversation i got to have with josh in that moment and when we hadn't really had before

05:28and i was really happy that the podcast was able to give us that and then of course we did the shout

05:32out and they were so nice enough to give us the gender reveal where we got to reveal that i had a

05:36son so i got my second son his name is roman we had a little stint in the nicu but he was a roman

05:41soldier and he got out now he's 100 healthy so seriously thanks to all the fans that were there

05:45and were dming me saying you know thoughts and prayers everything great because guess what he's

05:49100 healthy now thanks to you guys so thank you there is a moment that i wish made it into the final

05:55episode but at the same time i'm also happy it didn't make it in but basically we were playing a game

06:00at the end and it asked me a question about my relationship deal breakers and josh answered for

06:05me and it was something that was so ridiculous and true to my life and it was one of the funniest

06:15moments ever but i'm happy i didn't make it on the internet but gosh it was every single person in

06:21that room was crying from laughing and it was hilarious absolutely hilarious biggest deal breaker

06:27in a relationship um josh you cannot put that in there you can't

06:37it was a deal breaker

06:42all right real fans we took a look at our favorite moments this year my favorite moment

06:47was the very first episode where we had seth and nicole during the holiday season and we had so

06:53much fun building gingerbread houses and playing so many fun games do you have any favorite moments
