12:08of the enormous natural resources in Venezuela,
12:12oil, natural gas, mining, minerals,
12:16they are indeed immense.
12:18But more important than those natural resources
12:23is the incredible humans,
12:25what Venezuelans are,
12:27their pride, their education,
12:29their passion to drive forward.
12:31Truly, this is a partnership
12:34between American hearts and minds
12:36and Venezuelan hearts and minds.
13:17We believe, in fact, I can say,
13:19I think we know that working together,
13:22the people of Venezuela
13:24and the people of the United States this year,
13:27we can drive a dramatic increase
13:30in Venezuelan oil production,
13:32in Venezuelan natural gas production,
13:35in Venezuelan electricity production.
13:37And most importantly of all,
13:39all of these are to increase the job opportunities,
13:44the wages and the quality of life
13:46for all of the Venezuelans across the country.
13:50And by doing that,
13:51it will also enormously benefit the United States
13:55and the Western Hemisphere
13:57and the future partnership for all of us.
14:27And the goal of all of this is to increase
14:29the opportunities of employment,
14:31the salaries and the quality of life
14:33for all of the Venezuelans in the country.
14:36And by doing that,
14:37it will benefit the United States,
14:40the Western Hemisphere and our future association.
