00:06Maduro and First Combatant Siria Flores, the acting President of Venezuela, Delecy Rodriguez,

00:10shared a message to the world and to the United States government.

00:14Venezuela reaffirmed its commitment to peace and peaceful coexistence.

00:18Our country aspires to live without external threats in an environment of respect and international

00:24cooperation.

00:25We believe that global peace is built by first guaranteeing peace within each nation.

00:31We prioritize moving towards balanced and respectful international relations between the U.S. and

00:36Venezuela, and between Venezuela and other countries in the region premised on sovereign

00:42equality and non-interference.

00:45These principles guide our diplomacy with the rest of the world.

00:49We invite the U.S. government to collaborate with us on an agenda of cooperation oriented

00:53towards shared development within the framework of international law to strengthen lasting

00:59community coexistence.
