00:00Pink slips were flying yesterday in the NFL, and one of those teams that gave a pink slip
00:04to the head coach was Jonathan Gannon of the Arizona Cardinals. Now, Joe and I just got done
00:08talking about sometimes it's not the head coach's fault. I thought Gannon was an interesting hire
00:12coming off that Super Bowl year for the Philadelphia Eagles. It's almost like that
00:15last resort. We got to wait and get this guy. It's like, well, what's he going to provide us?
00:19Well, apparently not much. Defense wasn't very good, and they still haven't figured out who
00:22their franchise quarterback is going to be. And quite frankly, the offense looked just as good
00:25with Jacoby Brissett than it did Kyler Murray. But understand this. They had a horrendous
00:31ownership group. It's no surprise that they're usually the bottom of the barrel out there in
00:36the West. Yeah, and we're on shocker here. And listen, I mean, it wasn't great, but it really
00:44wasn't all his fault. And again, another one of these situations where, you know, he walked into
00:51an absolute dumpster fire of dysfunction there. He actually kind of righted the ship a little bit.
00:57But, you know, Kyler Murray wasn't his guy. He, you know, he inherited a lot of that dysfunction
01:03there. And the, you know, the GM that hired him, that brought him in is still there. So I, you know,
01:09some of this, I just don't understand. Not to mention every year, Donnie, they take those player
01:15anonymous player surveys about how great the organization is or isn't. And, you know,
01:21every year, the worst place rated by the players is Arizona. So who's, who wants that job? I mean,
01:28really?
