00:15Brothers of Venezuela and of all our American citizens of the world.

00:23Brother Manero ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Cuba.

00:28Our commander in chief, Fidel Castro Cruz, analyzing the dangerous behavior of imperialism

00:40in its dainty movements forwards of the Middle East, said over 20 years ago, and I quote

00:50his words, never all of the nations of the world were under the power and the

00:58winds of those who lead a superpower with a power which seems to have no limits, out of

01:06which philosophy and political ideas and notions of ethics no one has the minimum idea.

01:14These decisions are practically unpredictable and the force and the capacity of destroying

01:24and killing seem to be present in each one of their pronunciations.

01:29It would seem like those words were said to qualify today the brutal attack of force of military

01:39force of the U.S. against Venezuela and the unacceptable, vulgar and barbaric kidnap of our brother the

01:49president Nicolas Maduro and his wife Celia Flores.

02:00Cuba condemns and denounces those actions as an act of terrorism of state and criminal assault

02:09violence against America's peace zone, a violation of the sovereignty of a nation that is a symbol

02:16of independence, dignity and solidarity, and an unacceptable attack to international law.

02:24Now, imperialists, this is not your backyard nor a territory in dispute.

02:33We do not accept or recognize the Monroe Doctrine nor kings nor emperors.

02:39The land of Bolivar is sacred and an attack to its children is an attack to all of the worthy

02:51children of our Americas.

02:54And, as it was referenced by Abel, for Venezuela and for, of course, for Cuba, we are willing

03:04to give even our own blood, even our own lives.

03:19We can only be called, coward, criminal and the attack in the early hours to a peaceful

03:30people and noble.

03:32And, it is an act of terrorism of state that was treacherous in the way it was exercised

03:39in an arbitrary way and abusing of the military supremacy for the mandate of a foreign boss and

03:46an expression of fascism, or better said, of neo-fascism that is pretended to impose and

03:53a stall in all of the humanity in these times.

03:57That is why the threat is not only for Venezuela, the threat is against humanity and it is sustained

04:07in the doctrine that is fallacious of peace through force.

04:12This act of terrorism of state that just happened in Venezuela is a scandalous work over and

04:19international law.

04:21The military aggression to a nation of peace that does not threaten the U.S. and the kidnap

04:28of a legitimate and elected president with sovereignty by other people.

04:35That indignates and that is why we are here, those who are indignated.

04:40There can be silence or acceptation of that act of terrorism of state only comparable to the crimes

04:48against humanity that are committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

05:02These early hours we have been the witness of a chilling confirmation.

05:09The most brilliant follower to the Nobel Peace Prize is in reality the biggest threat to the peace

05:19in the continent.

05:24Its attack on Venezuela breaks with the stability that has characterized for years our region of

05:33Latin America and the Caribbean.

05:36Those who celebrate the terrorist and fascist act as Gerardo explained that the U.S. has just committed

05:47on a sovereign nation of the continent can only do so from hate that is in their judgment.

05:58No one that is informed at the minimum can ignore the grave implications of such criminal acts for the

06:07regional peace and of the world.

06:11That is why it is urgent for the international community to mobilize, articulate itself and

06:17coordinate the denunciation of this flagrant act of state terrorism and the illegal immoral and criminal

06:26criminal kidnap of illegitimate president to cause a regime change of it somewhere outside of the

06:35Minnesota people had that right.

06:37The objective is not our brother Maduro, it's not the Venezuelan military, it is not even the

06:45lying narrative of drug trafficking that they sustained with cynicism for weeks and months.

06:53The very dark objective of the imperialism desire is Venezuelan petroleum, it's the earth and the

07:06natural resources of Venezuela.

07:08Only the cynical and the cowards can close their eyes and ears to the declarations of Trump and his

07:16sidekicks that barely few days ago recognized without being ashamed that what they look for are the

07:23wealth of Venezuela, richness that have been promised to them without no limits the candidate to the

07:30empire and there is already the news that she is going to be supported to be the president of Venezuela.

07:37Venezuela.

07:38The objective is also to turn off that place of resistance to imperialism and defense of regional

07:47integration that is the Bolivar revolution from the arrival of Commander Chavez to the presidency of the

07:54heroic nation.

07:56The Bolivar revolution has proven to be a process of the masses of deep popular rules that we have no doubt

08:05will go out to defend their sovereignty, their democracy and their president as they did in April of 2002 facing the coup

08:16war.

08:17They are instigated also by the U.S. Empire, the one that has never abandoned the attempt to take over their land.

08:28The United States don't have moral authority nor legal authority of any kind to take out of the country through force the

08:39Venezuelan president.

08:40But the United States is the responsible face of the world of the physical integrity of Malura.

08:54We are joining the call of the Venezuelan authorities that demand a proof of life of Malura and Syria.

09:04They have been creating the false accusation of drug traffickers against the Venezuelan government

09:10for months and they have been incapable of presenting one single evidence.

09:17They have not done it because such evidence does not exist, because such practices doesn't exist, because it all

09:26responds to a negative line that looks to justify this indignant act of state terrorism.

09:33state terrorism that they just committed from their own federal agencies.

09:39Analysts and investigators of the U.S. have been offering opinions and information that

09:48disestimate the false story of drug terrorism that show that those accusations against Venezuela

09:56and the president are lies are lies.

10:00It is very indignant that Trump, Rubio and their sidekits do not care about the truth.

10:06Those who should be condemned by a criminal court that is anti-fascist and international should be them.

10:21The fascists that are today in the power positions of the U.S. learned very well from their Nazi references.

10:27The principle that any lie that is repeated one thousand times can be turned in a truth map.

10:34But the truth will impose and the peoples will defend it as in the past they defeated the fascism.

10:44Nor the Venezuelan people nor the U.S. people nor the international community believe in the group of lies that they have been building.

10:55They are not times for middle links.

10:56They are times of definitions and of taking a position facing the fascism and the imperial barbarism.

11:08To close the lines people of America let's not let the giant of the seven lands pass.

11:21Let's not forget what they warned decades ago.

11:26In imperialism we cannot trust not even a little bit like this.

11:31Nicolas and Celia are of Venezuela and they must be returned to the Venezuelan people that elected and claims for the legitimate president.

11:52The United people will never be defeated.

12:06Cuba and Venezuela united we will win.

12:11Homeland or death.

12:13Socialism or death.

12:14We will win.
