00:10That means that the process of creation of what today is our doctrine, our military doctrine,

00:20was born in this very academy of the Bolivarian army in the deepest of our barracks with the rescue of our grassroots,

00:32of our historical roots, of our historical process, our trajectory, patrimony of the military thinking of this nation.

00:42We always need to remember this and to have it very present.

00:45And my dear colleagues, here I have this group of documents, books that you see here,

00:55is the development of all of the philosophical components, ideological, organic,

01:07of several signs in the framework of the military arts, of the arts and sciences of the military forces of our country

01:19and our concept, the strategic concept of defense, our doctrine, and what already is the new structure,

01:28organizational structure of our Bolivarian armed forces.

01:32We are not saying, we are thinking that it must be done, we think that in the future it needs, we know,

01:41we are not saying this, we are saying that this future has already arrived in Venezuela.

01:46We have a doctrine of military power, armed forces, and it has also the people.

01:52It is always important to go through, to review the strategic concept for the military defense of the nation.

02:06We are not improvising, we are executing what it is, the plans and the concept.

02:16And we are forming deeply, our people.

02:22And here it is, here we have in every sector, the manuals of work.

02:31For each component, the four components, Army, Army, Aviation, National Guard,

02:39and the component, the special component, the fifth component, the Bolivarian National Militia.

02:44Here we have it, for example, in these manuals, we are not written in English.

02:59These manuals, we wrote it on a very high writing from our officiality,

03:06our intellectuals from the military sector, from our schools.

03:10What a proud you feel to know that our homeland have its own doctrine handwritten by our own officials

03:20forged in the military academies and the universities, the military universities of this country.

03:27And here I have, among others, right, concepts and basis of the preparation,

03:38the operative preparation and training for combat in the Bolivarian Armed Forces

03:44and the Bolivarian Malaysian Manuals, Faces, Components.
