00:00Hey everyone! Welcome back to Victor Explains. In today's video, I'm going to show you how to fix
00:15and get rid of the give us a minute, we're updating app, it should be ready to use again
00:19a message on Windows 11 and 10. Method 1. First, go to the search bar at the bottom of your screen
00:27and type Troubleshoot. Click on Troubleshoot Settings from the search results. Next, select
00:33Other Troubleshooters. Scroll down until you find Windows Store Apps, and then click Run. Windows
00:42will now automatically check for problems and fix any issues it finds with the Microsoft Store.
00:49Method 2. Go to the search bar again and type wsreset.exe. When it appears, right-click
00:57on it and select Run as administrator. A black command prompt window will open. Don't close
01:03it, just wait. After a few seconds, the window will close automatically and the Microsoft
01:10Store will open by itself. Once the store opens, click the download icon. And finally, click
01:16Update all to install the latest updates for your apps. Method 3. Open Settings on your computer.
01:26Click on Apps, then select Apps and Features. In the search box, type the name of your problematic
01:32app. For me, the error was with the Photos app. So I'll type Photos.
01:45When Microsoft Photos appears, click the three dots next to it, and select Advanced Options.
01:51Scroll down to the Reset section, click Reset, and confirm your action. After that, restart
01:58your computer. If the problem still continues, repeat the same steps, but this time select
02:03Uninstall. Keep in mind, this option only works if your app was installed manually and isn't
02:09one of the original Microsoft apps. And that's it.
