00:13In today's video, I'll show you how to fix the issue where the backup and restore page is blank or not working on Windows 11, 10, 8 and 7.

00:21Let's get started. First, go to the search bar and type CMD.

00:28When Command Prompt appears, right-click on it and choose Run as administrator.

00:33If you see a user account control message, simply click Yes to continue.

00:37Now, in the Command Prompt window, type the following command, SFC space forward slash scan now then press Enter.

00:44This will start the system file scan.

00:47The process usually takes around 5 to 15 minutes, so please be patient.

00:52Make sure not to close the Command Prompt while the scan is running.

00:56Once the scan is finished, restart your computer and check if the problem is fixed.
