00:00The Rose Bowl is going to take place today at 4 o'clock, Joe.
00:02It's Alabama and it's Indiana.
00:04Alabama looked like they were dead to rights by a team that calls themselves hard to kill.
00:08And by the way, Oklahoma killed themselves in that game.
00:10They lost up double digits in the first half at home.
00:13Now Alabama comes to town and says, you know what, Indiana, you haven't played for a while.
00:17Do we have the advantage?
00:18But here's where I like to talk about, Joe.
00:20Look at the side.
00:21Minus 6.5 is the opening number.
00:23We're 7.5s and 7s across the board.
00:26But I look at the ticket count, Joe, only have 25% of the tickets on Indiana.
00:30It seems like the public's like, oh, yeah, it's Alabama.
00:33They just won last week.
00:34They'll be able to hang close.
00:35Are we wrong on this, Joe?
00:36Because there is a sharp divide in this game.
00:38Yeah, there is.
00:39And I think the weather is actually playing a part of why we're seeing 7.5s into the market.
00:44So, again, if this was now, we really have to monitor because there was a couple of weather people that said it's not going to be as bad.
00:52Right, it's going to stop right before, and potentially we might just have light rain and it'd still be a pretty good track for this game to play out.
01:01But, again, if it's a monsoon, you would give the edge to Indiana.
01:05I'll tell you why.
01:06I mean, we keep talking about how bad the rushing attack for Alabama is.
01:11This is one of the worst rushing attacks in Alabama history dating back to pre-Nick Saban, which was 2009, Donnie.
01:18They were averaging well under four yards per carry.
01:21The last two games, you look at the Iron Bowl and you look at the performance against Oklahoma, minus three and 28 yards on the ground.
01:29So, if you cannot run the football in the slop, what are you going to do?
01:34You're going to be into long third down situations.
01:36Ryan Williams and Bernard can't get separation because it's a wet track.
01:40And they're going to get beat up probably similar to what we saw in the SEC championship.
01:46You're talking about a dominant rushing attack led by Kaylee Ann Black and the former Maryland transfer, Roman Hemby, by Indiana.
01:54They're averaging 221 yards on the ground, right around five yards per carry.
01:59Cignetti's going to play bully ball.
02:01You think you're Alabama?
02:03Play like Alabama the way you did in winning six national championships with Nick Saban.
02:09Stop the run.
02:09We're going to run it right down your throat.
02:11And I think that's why we're seeing seven.
02:13I am going to monitor this game early on.
02:16I said Alabama has a speed advantage, and I still think they do.
02:20But they don't have a speed advantage, Donnie, in the slop, especially when you look at the front seven by Alabama, allowing well over 120 rushing yards on the ground.
02:30I might jump to Indiana in this matchup based off the weather.
02:33You know what's fun about this game, too, Joe?
02:35Because Indiana plays in the Big Ten.
02:37They don't have any blemishes.
02:37They beat Ohio State in the championship game here.
02:39They beat Oregon this year.
02:40Like, they have some pretty good wins under their schedule.
02:42But also, we just watched the team that we thought was the best team in the country, Ohio State, get humbled by Miami and lose by double digits.
02:50Are we going to see that buyback today for Alabama?
02:52Go, wait a second.
02:53Indiana played in the Big Ten.
02:53We don't think Ohio State's all that good.
02:55They struggle with Ohio State.
02:56Therefore, Alabama should just be able to hang around based on that.
02:59I think it's the eye test, right?
03:00The perception is, even though Ohio State lost the Big Ten championship, they were still the potential best defense and best team in the country.
03:08And they got abused by Miami last night.
03:10So now, we'll see what Indiana can do.
03:13But I still think Indiana has an advantage.
