Snow has disrupted air travel in Pittsburgh and Cleveland in the morning of New Year's Day on Jan. 1. Travel conditions are expected to improve in the afternoon with delays being minor at worst.

00:00We're keeping an eye out for low ceilings that could impact some flights at Seattle, perhaps more private jets and so forth.
00:07But overall, as we look at the current airport delays, the earlier ground stop that had been in effect at LaGuardia, no longer the case.
00:14We're doing better there. Philadelphia, Orlando, Atlanta, we're doing really well there.
00:18There will be a return of some snow showers and flurries with a second little burst, a weaker system in Toledo and Detroit later on.
00:24We've had some issues this morning in Pittsburgh and Cleveland with some pesky snow showers and so forth.
00:29Rain showers into Bakersfield, California, and again, the ground stop's been lifted at LaGuardia. Good news there.
