00:11There's no delays being posted here, but there's going to be delays due to that wind today across the northeast.

00:17And there it is in Philly. I've been waiting for that.

00:19It's murky. There's some low clouds. There's some rain, gusty breezes.

00:23You know what? New York City, Philadelphia, and Boston, I would expect delays all day today.

00:29Even in Dulles and Pittsburgh, there's so much wind today you need to expect for delays.
