Major delays will persist in San Francisco due to heavy rain in the morning and high winds in the afternoon on Nov. 13. Windy weather could cause some minor travel issues in New York and Philadelphia.

00:01All day. I mean, major delays out of San Francisco today.

00:05I don't think we'll have any problems in Los Angeles until tomorrow.

00:10But in San Francisco, you're not going anywhere with the delays there today.

00:14North Central United States, and not all the news is bad.

00:17I think you're fine here. You don't have the winds to contend with here.

00:20And then I do want to head into the northeastern United States

00:23because while there's no delays right now,

00:25the winds this afternoon may cause a few problems, not many,

00:30at LaGuardia, Newark, JFK, and Philadelphia International.
