00:36It was a chance meeting, but it was meant to be that day because what's come from that has been very, very beautiful.

00:44We have four beautiful children.
00:46One's a teenage daughter.

00:48And five-year-old triplets.
00:50Lily.

00:52And then finally, Alex, the boy.
00:53I'm a stay-at-home mom to the kiddos.
00:56And I'm an entrepreneur and model here locally.
00:59Nova Scotia has been my home for my entire life.
01:03And being from Ontario, one of the things I absolutely loved about Nova Scotia was the ocean.
01:08The kids are definite water babies.
01:10I've got a boat.
01:11Any chance they get, they're coming on.
01:12We love it.
01:13And we just, we want to be here for the rest of our lives.
01:16Years ago, I bought a piece of land on the ocean for Shannon and I to build a home on.
01:21It was everything.
01:22It encapsulated everything that we wanted.
01:24And then along came our triplets.
01:26Surprise!
01:28Life as I know it has changed.
01:32The rooms that we had designed that fit our lifestyle with one child all of a sudden just didn't work.
01:39So we've been living in my childhood home for about four and a half years.
01:43And we love it, but we really want to get back to the ocean where we started out desperately.
01:48Desperately.
01:49The top things on our wish list are proximity to the ocean.
01:53I think it has to have at least a minimum of four bedrooms.
01:56A lot of privacy from surrounding neighbours.
01:59I would love to have a house that is filled with a lot of heart and a lot of character.
02:04Myla would love an ensuite to go with her bedroom.
02:07She deserves it.
02:08She puts up with us and the kids, so we're not going to argue with her on this one.
02:13And I love a big kitchen because we do a lot of entertaining.
02:16We have a lot of people over like family and friends all the time.
02:19And we have so many kids to feed.
02:21There's vans and cars going out all the time.
02:24So space in the driveway would be a consideration.
02:27So the budget for this move will be $2.3 million.
02:31So moving when you have triplets is hectic and crazy.
02:36Logistically, it's difficult.
02:38I mean, getting to the grocery store is difficult.
02:40It makes me a little bit nervous, but I know if it's our final move to our dream oceanfront property, then it's 100% worth it.
