00:00The following program contains strong language and adult humor.
00:16I can't believe we're back here.
00:19It's like a nightmare. I can't do... I've not got this until...
00:22Oh, mate. You've got to get in.
00:25I'm in, I'm in. I'm in as much as I want to be.
00:30But I'm telling for the game, but I still got to go, Blake.
00:32Give me everything, but I'm still in the dough.
00:34Give me my time, but it's still with the flow.
00:35But I still got it right, but I still let it go.
00:37Come on, Rob, you've got to do.
01:00I am very excited, Rob.
01:05We are doing arguably my first love. Hip-hop.
01:09Yeah, because we've done stuff in the past, boxing, UFC, stuff I'm into.
01:13I think we've done so much stuff you're into.
01:16Yeah.
01:17I'm starting to think it might not be Rob and Romish versus.
01:19I started to think I am your sidekick.
01:24No, but I would say, though, in a double act,
01:25there's always one will be the sidekick and the other one,
01:27and it shapeshifts to, like, Ant and Dec had a bit of moment
01:30when Dec was the main guy and Ant was his sidekick.
01:33Do you know what I mean? So it all switches in and out, you know?
01:35So what are you saying?
01:36Horn and cordon.
01:37Are you saying I'm the horn to your cordon?
01:38Do you know what? I'm happy with either.
01:40As long as I'm still on the telly, I'll do what you want.
01:43No, I know that.
01:44You don't need to announce that out loud.
01:45No, they know that.
01:46I'd go in the jungle.
01:47Yeah, of course you would.
01:48Shit off a shovel.
01:49I'll do it all.
01:50Dancing on ice.
01:51Shit on a shovel, you'd go on.
01:52Go on, why I'm shit off a shovel?
01:53All right, OK, how many days filming?
01:54I'm Rob Beckett and this is shit off a shovel.
01:59Welcome to shit off a shovel.
02:02Anyway, hip-hop.
02:04So we're going to have to rap.
02:06Well, I assume there will be some rapping,
02:07but that's not all that hip-hop is.
02:09Oh, God, have I done a white mistake?
02:11No, no, I've not done a white mistake.
02:13No.
02:14Oh, God, have I done a white man coming up?
02:16I'm Rob Beckett and this is white mistake.
02:22So what made you fall in love with hip-hop?
02:24Somebody left a Public Enemy album.
02:26It takes a nation of millions to hold us back.
02:28Right.
02:29And it was one of those things where,
02:30you know when you first listen to music and go,
02:33I don't even know what this is?
02:35It's like nothing I've ever heard before.
02:37And then you just loved it?
02:38Yeah.
02:39You've got loads of tattoos as well.
02:40So what have you got on there?
02:41What's the big one?
02:42So this is like, I decide to get my heroes.
02:43I've got Wu-Tang there and Public Enemy here.
02:47And then I've got Biggie here.
02:48Have you met any of the ones on your arm, the heroes?
02:50Because they might think you're a bit odd.
02:51I think that's possible.
02:53And a bit like, oh, this could be a bit baby reindeer here with him.
02:56He's got me tattooed on.
02:57But do you know what it is?
02:58I feel quite embarrassed showing all that.
02:59It's like sad.
03:00It's like showing you a little hobby.
03:01Do you know what I feel like I'm doing?
03:02I'm showing you my train set that I've got at home.
03:04I love how much you love it.
03:06Also, it takes the pressure off me.
03:07You've not stopped talking.
03:08It's wonderful.
03:09No wonder you like working with me.
03:10Fuck me up at a shift in Normandy.
03:12So, when you were younger, you did rapping, didn't you?
03:16Yeah.
03:17Come on, then.
03:21Is that a beat?
03:22Is that a beat?
03:27I don't know what to do.
03:28Tell me a beat and I'll do the beat.
03:29Just clearing your throat.
03:30Let's do like a...
03:31Yeah, but...
03:41Hurry up, then.
03:42Sorry, go.
03:43I can't.
03:44I'm just waiting for you to actually beat the same BPM for more than like two bars.
03:47Oh, sorry if it's a BPM.
03:48It's a BPM.
03:49It's just one of the problems...
03:50BPM?
03:51How about you?
03:52Fucking rat.
03:53When you're trying to ride a beat, you know?
03:55Oh, yeah.
03:56Jump on and give it a good old ride, mate.
03:58Okay, go on, then.
03:59Go and go.
04:00Tss.
04:01Tss.
04:02Tss.
04:03Tss.
04:04Tss.
04:05Tss.
04:06Tss.
04:07I bring the bus up.
04:08You know this ain't the margarine.
04:09I'm quick to clean up the seal up.
04:10My name was MC Wendoline.
04:11I'm in your fears.
04:12Lyric flicking on banisters.
04:13I can't do the rest.
04:14That's it, anyway.
04:15I did it wrong, anyway.
04:16I didn't know if it was two t-ts or two...
04:18We're bad, though.
04:19Yeah.
04:20So, where are we going to find out about hip-hop, then, Mr Hip-Hop?
04:22Well, hip-hop originated, was born in New York.
04:26So, that's exactly where we were headed.
04:30New York has produced some of the greatest rappers of all time.
04:34From Jay-Z to Big E to Nas, the list goes on and on.
04:41To wheeze Robin gently, I was taken into Union Square for his first proper taste of the New York rap scene.
04:47Mate, I'm buzzing for this.
04:49Here we go, Bobby. New York.
04:50He's good at it.
04:51Yeah, I know you're excited.
04:52I'm a bit overexcited.
04:53I love New York.
04:54What are you most excited about in New York?
04:56I just get here, and I just feel like we could do anything.
05:00Okay.
05:01To be the president.
05:02Yeah.
05:03Well, neither of us could, because we weren't born in the States, but...
05:05Apart from that.
05:06Yeah.
05:07Anyway.
05:08Pretty much anything.
05:09Union Square.
05:10Yeah.
05:11It's an old-school kind of hip-hop place for Cyphers.
05:14What's a Cypher?
05:15So, Cypher is where, like, a load of rappers get together, and they just sort of show off their skills.
05:19Union Square's Cypher is a weekly showcase.
05:22Some of New York's finest MCs stepping up in an open-mic-style event, where anyone can get involved.
05:28Cypher's have been a proving ground in hip-hop for decades, and some of the best have stepped up from Busta Rhymes to Eminem.
05:36But what I wanted to know was if Ron would get stuck in.
05:39Deep down, he wants to be a rapper.
05:42Okay?
05:43Most comedians want to be something else other than comedians, mainly happy.
05:47As much as I love him, he's still a 47-year-old from Crawley.
05:52And that is going to hit hard in a hip-hop park.
06:00We'd arrived just as things were warming up for the evening.
06:03I was still a Cypher newbie, but as the night went on, even I could see the level was going up.
06:22But now there was real competition to get involved. And that wasn't easy.
06:35Check!
06:36And that wasn't easy.
06:37Check!
06:38Check!
06:39Look at me, y'all over the swings, yo.
06:40It's a bro in the rack, and you gon' fuck with the swings, yo.
06:43They pocket watch like they got a farm.
06:46I got a check like I'm out at prom.
06:47Me business about a job.
06:49Big fan of the Cypher.
06:50Really talented they are, and they're just doing it in a park for free.
06:53I mean, I've paid good money to sit through some absolute shite at the theatre.
06:57Never my choice, Lou makes me go, but I reckon I've done 100 quid on dog shit.
07:01That was great, and it was nothing.
07:03Just shows you, open your eyes, there's a lot of good entertainment out there.
07:09It's amazing, isn't it?
07:11Mate, I love Cyphers.
07:13Yeah, good, aren't I?
07:14That's so much fun.
07:15Yeah, it's good.
07:16When I was in that circle, I at one point was like, I'm getting into this, I'm enjoying
07:20this.
07:21I wasn't going to, but I was probably three pints away from actually rapping.
07:25Yeah.
07:26Were you tempted to throw your hat in the ring and just see what happens?
07:29No.
07:30It could have been your moment.
07:31Yeah, it could also have been absolutely humiliating.
07:34On the face of it, that would be a dream come true for somebody like me.
07:37You know, my dream was to be a rapper.
07:40What I've discovered is that because I like hip-hop so much, I'm more embarrassed to be
07:46shit at it.
07:47Ron was wobbling, and if he was going to live out his hip-hop fantasy, we needed reinforcements.
07:52Who do you reckon is the best out of that lot, then?
07:55Well, the guy in the red jacket, the guy in the white jacket, I think they're pros that
08:00have turned up to a fiver side.
08:01Yeah.
08:02Just beat the shit out of everyone.
08:03Do you know what I mean?
08:04What I was going to say was, because I'm a sucker for a guy with grills.
08:07Right.
08:08I'd like anyone that's got sort of more prominency for me.
08:11We can get some if you want.
08:13They've got to go over these.
08:14Yeah.
08:15I mean, for you, it would be a lot of gold.
08:16Do they do them for horses?
08:19Turned out the guy in the red jacket was CJ Fly, one of Brooklyn's finest and a founding
08:24member of Pro Era, the hip-hop collective that launched Joey Badass.
08:29His freestyles had pulled in millions of views, and his music videos go just as hard.
08:40CJ knows the New York rap game inside out, so he grabbed him for a quick chat.
08:43What I felt was stressful in that was, like, waiting for your moment to come in and put
08:47the pressure on to get your lines out.
08:49It's like double dutch.
08:50You got to...
08:51Yeah, yeah, yeah.
08:52You know what I mean?
08:53How do you freestyle?
08:54Is there a system you do it with or just completely...
08:55Um, you know, there's multiple ways.
08:57You can just think of a random word and just build off of that.
08:59You know what I mean?
09:00Like, your name is...
09:01Rob.
09:02And...
09:03I need a new job.
09:04Right?
09:05And I love to eat corn on the...
09:06Cob.
09:07And if I open the door, you know I got a...
09:09Knob.
09:10Or a...
09:11Doorknob.
09:12Fob.
09:13Fob.
09:14Yeah, so you got it.
09:15It's that simple.
09:16If you take your time like that, they won't be like, oh, hurry up.
09:18They're gonna let you get yours off.
09:19I think I'd have to practice at home first.
09:21You want to practice?
09:22We can practice right now, and I'll just give it a little sample.
09:24No, I can't.
09:25My...
09:26My eyesight's gone like that.
09:27I can't.
09:28I feel sick just thinking about it.
09:29Rom had bottled the cypher, but CJ had another idea to help him unlock his inner MC.
09:34If you're up for it, you guys come to the studio.
09:37I got a song.
09:38I think you guys would kill.
09:40You're saying you want us to get on a song?
09:42Yeah.
09:43It's a rap on one of your songs?
09:44Okay?
09:45Why not?
09:46Scared?
09:47We're here now.
09:48Scared money don't make no money.
09:49Come on.
09:50Come on, baby.
09:51Come on.
09:52Okay, fine, fine.
09:53And he loves making money.
09:54Bada bing, bada boom.
09:55You know what I mean?
09:56Just like that.
09:57You're locked in.
09:58Welcome to Death Row.
09:59Thank you so much, man.
10:02I'm gonna holler at y'all.
10:03I'm gonna go do what we do in New York City.
10:04Y'all be safe out here.
10:05See you in the studio.
10:06See y'all.
10:07Holler.
10:08Holler.
10:09For sure.
10:10Holler.
10:11Peace.
10:12I think I'm getting too into that.
10:13I said holler and peace and did that.
10:15Fuck.
10:16But after a while you get into it, I did a really good handshake at the end.
10:21I've been very formal, but that one's very hip-hop.
10:23Are you saying all this out loud?
10:24Yeah, that's just what I did.
10:25I did this, right?
10:26Yeah.
10:27Like that.
10:28And then a bit of that.
10:29I watched Fresh Prince as well.
10:30Oh.
10:31It's like that, is it?
10:32I've got a right rap.
10:33I'm just quite stressed about that.
10:34Do start opening line.
10:35Okay.
10:36Oh, God.
10:37Are you doing it now?
10:38Yeah, I did it in my head and it was horrible.
10:40It's so hard, isn't it?
10:42That's why I got some energy with you.
10:43Check the melody, the bad boy remedy.
10:45Bobby B coming at you and it's musical therapy.
10:48I spit bars, I spit mug, I spit on your dick.
10:51Your name ain't Mick, but I lick your prick.
10:53Oh, my God.
10:54Did you just make that up?
10:55Yes.
10:56Do you think I wrote that and been sitting on it?
10:59I just said, Mick, dick, lick, prick.
11:01My father knows it's called Mick.
11:04That's what was in there.
11:06I would have licked my father-in-law's dick.
11:08No, you spit on it.
11:09That's why I don't...
11:10I'll spit on my father-in-law's dick and lick it, Mick.
11:12That's what's in my head.
11:14That's why I don't freestyle.
11:15That would have got attention in the cypher, though.
11:17God, fuck!
11:20I'll be able to look at him again next time I see Mick.
11:22We're at centre parks.
11:23He slips his shorts on.
11:24Romm and I are in The Big Apple to immerse ourselves in the world of hip-hop.
11:40After watching New York's finest battle it out at the cypher, rapper CJ Fly had given us our big break.
11:46big break. You're saying you want us to get on a song? Yeah. So we're up on one of your songs?
11:52Okay. Why not? But before we started writing any lyrics, I had to get something off my chest.
11:59Last night was pretty amazing, wasn't it? It was great. I do have some regrets. Can I guess? I know
12:05what you're going to say. Go on. The little, uh... Little what? The little thing inside you. What?
12:10You're a little bit not confident last night, but I'm reflecting you. I could have been good at that.
12:14No, I don't think I could have been... I could have done a cypher in Union Square. You don't do a
12:18cypher, but... Or perform in a cypher. Yeah. I just get involved. Yeah. And you regretting not doing it? Yeah.
12:24I am. I wanted you to do it, but I didn't want to push... I should have pushed you farther.
12:28I should have pushed you harder. I should have... Further? Don't know. I should have pushed you.
12:32I've never heard you say... I should have made you do it. I've never heard you say the word father before.
12:35Neither have I. I didn't know I had it in me. Anyway, CJ sent us this beat for this track.
12:40Would you like to hear it? For the... This isn't cypher. No, this is...
12:44God, I'm overwhelmed by the hip-hop. I know. This is the song that we've got to wrap to. You ready?
12:48So this is cypher's song that he's written that we're gonna wrap on. I don't know who you think cypher is. His name's CJ.
12:53No, CJ, sorry. God, it is a lot to take. You just can't... You can't... You don't just use the word cypher for everything.
12:58You know what? You're using it everywhere. With hip-hop, the closer I get, the farther I feel.
13:02Nice. Thanks. Nice.
13:04Hit the beat.
13:05What do you think? Oh, I'm panicking already. Yeah? Okay. So I'm gonna be rapping on that?
13:13Yeah. What I encourage you to do now, just do some, like, noises if you're about to start rapping. Try that.
13:17Yeah. Ah. Ah. Yeah. Here we go. Ah. Yo.
13:23Rubber on. Ah. Ah. Yeah. I think that'd be enough, wouldn't it?
13:26No, keep going. Okay. Wait.
13:28Sip and bang, licking Jack, dick and bang, bang. Licking Jack, licking Jack. Licking Jack.
13:36What do you have to say? Sipping like Jack Daniels.
13:38Spitting on someone's dick or licking his stepdad's gooch. What the fuck is wrong with you?
13:43I don't... Does it always mean licking and touching dick?
13:45That's something you talked about with your therapist. That's not for me to decipher.
13:49Yeah. Yeah.
13:53Don't sweat the technique.
13:55Clearly, one of us needed a lot of help.
13:57Rob doesn't really have an understanding of hip-hop, and so what I'm hoping is he sort of becomes inspired through a tour in the home of the genre I love so much.
14:09I'd sorted a hip-hop history bus tour of New York, courtesy of rap legend Mike C.
14:14Fellas. Hey, man. Nice to meet you, mate.
14:16Nice to meet you, guys.
14:19Mike's a founding member of the Fearless Four, the first ever hip-hop group to sign to a major label in 1983.
14:25Mike was around when it all started. What I'm hoping is, Rob walks out of this feeling a bit more hip-hop about the whole thing, you know, and then he can start writing his verse.
14:35But the problem I've got is, when Rob raps, he wants to suck off his father-in-law.
14:39Our first stop was 1520 Cedric Avenue. It looked like any other street to me, but it turns out it changed music forever.
14:49Come on, guys. I'm going to tell y'all the whole story on how hip-hop began, right?
14:54Now, on August 11, 1973, there was a young girl named Cindy.
15:01Cindy wanted to throw a going-back-to-school party, so she went to her brother, who was a well-known DJ in the Bronx.
15:07His name was DJ Cool Herc.
15:09Now, what was at the party was the vibe.
15:12The vibe was crazy because you got DJing, MCing, breaking, and graffiti.
15:18All this was at the party at one time.
15:20And that night, hip-hop was born.
15:23Guys, you are standing on holy ground. This is where hip-hop actually began.
15:26So Mike wanted to mark the occasion with a surprise.
15:30I want you guys to put this stuff on because I want you to feel how hip-hop actually dressed back in the day.
15:36Okay.
15:38Put that on.
15:43That looks good.
15:44All right.
15:46Let me see. There you go.
15:47Here, put that on.
15:51Oh, thanks, man.
15:51You got to have the hat. You got to have the hat.
15:53Yeah, just like that.
15:55I think what this tour is really good for is increasing your understanding of the origins of hip-hop while burning off any dignity that you might have knocking around that you wanted to get rid of.
16:04It's like somebody's gone.
16:07I'm going to take you to meet all of your favorite footballers.
16:09You're going to have a tour of the ground.
16:11You're going to see all the trophies.
16:12You're going to meet the manager.
16:13You're going to have all of these incredible experiences.
16:15But you have to have a rubber cock tied to your forehead.
16:18All right.
16:19Give yourselves a round of applause because you're looking good.
16:21You're looking good.
16:21This is what hip-hop looked like back in the day.
16:23There you go. That's the fashion police.
16:30We were soaking up the history, but Mike wasn't just there to reminisce.
16:34He knew how to put lyrics together, which was exactly the help we needed.
16:38So basically, we've been given a challenge to write our own verse to lay down on a track.
16:44Okay.
16:44So do you have any tips for how to put together a good rap verse?
16:48You dig deep inside and you just find the words.
16:51And once you find the words that what you're trying to say,
16:54now you want to find words that mean the same way that rhyme.
16:58So find your truth, then find the rhyme.
17:00It didn't find the rhyme.
17:01Rob's been trying to do a bit of freestyling.
17:04Yeah.
17:04But the problem is when he freestyles and he's trying to do himself,
17:06it starts to become quite sexual.
17:09Do you know what I mean?
17:10Is that what?
17:10I get it.
17:11I get it.
17:12I get it.
17:12Because I just think Dick rhymes with so much stuff.
17:15It does.
17:16Yeah.
17:17It does.
17:17Yeah.
17:17Think about it.
17:18And lick.
17:19Lick, slick.
17:20Yeah.
17:21Dick.
17:21Prick.
17:22Prick.
17:22Yeah.
17:22Wick.
17:23Nick.
17:23Yeah.
17:23Yeah.
17:24Nick.
17:25It's millions of words that rhymes with Dick.
17:27It's kind of a cheat word.
17:29Yeah.
17:29Like, for instance, it's a million words that rhyme with cat and hat.
17:32We don't really use those words because there's so many words that rhyme with them.
17:36So it's like, you know, why rhyme with that?
17:38So maybe I should use penis instead.
17:39Penis is a better word to rhyme with.
17:41Yeah.
17:41All right.
17:42You want to get away from it, though, don't you?
17:42Because you got Venus.
17:44Yeah.
17:44Yeah.
17:44So you want your penis to be the cleanest.
17:46Yeah.
17:46Absolutely.
17:47I want my penis to be the cleanest.
17:48And trust me, I really mean this.
17:49And you mean this?
17:50Yeah.
17:51Yeah.
17:51Three grown men sitting on the bus talking about rhyming with penis.
17:55I love Mike.
17:56So much charisma.
17:57So much personality.
17:59He's got a lot.
18:00Bam, bam.
18:01Bam, bam.
18:02He's like a hip-hop Bradley Walsh.
18:05Mike was an inspiring guy, and he had one last stop that might reignite Rom after his
18:10cypher meltdown.
18:11And this story right here, I'm going to give you all the story of the battle between Cool
18:16Moe D and chief rocker Busy B Starsky.
18:20The battle happened in 1981 between MC Busy B and Cool Moe D.
18:30Hold on, Busy B. I don't mean to be bold.
18:32But put that bar there, the bar bullshit on hold.
18:34We're going to get right down to the Mitty Grits.
18:37Going to tell you a little something why you ain't shit.
18:39Mike was taking us to Harlem to recreate Cool Moe D's legendary battle verse, right where
18:44it happened.
18:45The only problem was that meant getting off the bus.
18:48Hey, guys, let's go this way.
18:50I can't believe you've got us out here wearing this, man.
18:52Y'all look nice.
18:53I don't understand what the problem is.
18:55You guys look really good.
18:57You see, nobody's saying nothing, right?
18:58Because you guys look hip-hop.
19:00And everybody likes that.
19:01This is an absolute mugging.
19:03No, it's a good look.
19:04No.
19:04All right, let's stop right here.
19:05Let's stop right here.
19:06Please, it's most people coming out here.
19:07It's perfect.
19:08Let the people get out.
19:09You know the government website tells you where it's safe to visit?
19:12So they'll say stuff like, Russia, Ukraine, swerve it for a bit.
19:14Don't travel, because there's a war.
19:16One of them would be, if you're Rob Beckett dressed in Rundi MC outfit, don't stand in
19:20Harlem alone.
19:21It wasn't like that.
19:22The Cool Moe D gave Busy B that sucker punch.
19:25And I say sucker punch because Busy did not know it was coming.
19:29We were right outside the former nightclub where the battle happened.
19:32And Mike was ready to give us a taste of Cool Moe D's bars.
19:35Even the best.
19:36And you can't win no real MC contest.
19:38Celebrity club and bullshit like those.
19:40Those are the kind of wins that everybody knows.
19:43Celebrity club and...
19:43I was enjoying Mike's rendition, but it's hard to focus when half of Harlem staring at him.
19:47Like this, you know you'll lose.
19:49Between me and you, who do you think they'll choose?
19:51I think this might be a tour for the residents of the New York area, where Mike says, if you
19:58pay me five dollars, I'll bring two twats through the area and just walk them around.
20:04Because you're faking the funk.
20:05And at the end of this rhyme, you can call me Uncle Moe D. Rockshot the house.
20:09Oh, my God.
20:11That's amazing.
20:12That was so good.
20:13The crowd went bananas.
20:14Yeah.
20:14So that's the story of Cool Moe D and Busy B right here.
20:18That's a great story.
20:19Right?
20:19Okay.
20:20That's such a great story.
20:21That was amazing.
20:21All right.
20:24I've had a great time.
20:26I love Mike C.
20:27He gave us some amazing stories.
20:29What I learned from it, it's about heart and just what you want to be doing.
20:33I had a great time with you guys.
20:35And also, I want you to keep in mind, never stop rocking and never stop dreaming.
20:40All right?
20:40Yes, Mike.
20:41Well, it's all.
20:41Thank you so much.
20:42Thanks, Mike.
20:50We're in New York trying to live out Rom's hip-hop dream, but things weren't going to plan.
20:55You were a little bit not confident last night.
20:57I know what you're going to say.
20:58Go on.
20:58You could have done a cypher and you regretting not doing it.
21:01Yeah.
21:02I am.
21:02And so, after bailing on the cypher, we'd been roped into recording verses with New York
21:08hip-hop star, CJ Fly.
21:10Scared money don't make no money.
21:11Come on.
21:12Come on, baby.
21:14And now, with only a day before hitting the studio, we needed inspiration.
21:18So, we're off to meet a living hip-hop legend and one of Rom's biggest heroes, Wu-Tang Clan's
21:24Raekwon.
21:27This is big for you, yeah?
21:29Yeah.
21:30I'm a bit worried about it.
21:32You look nervous.
21:33It's just this, I love Wu-Tang so much.
21:40Raekwon is one of the godfathers of modern rap.
21:43Not only was he a founding member of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, his first solo album, only built
21:47for Cuban links, is regarded as one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time.
21:54Raekwon.
21:55Yeah.
21:55He's like a hero.
21:57Yeah.
21:57He's like one of the greatest rappers of all time now.
21:59Like, you've literally got Wu-Tang Tattoo.
22:01Now, are you going to hide the tattoos?
22:03Are you going to leave with the tattoo?
22:04Are you going to talk about the tattoo?
22:05I'm going to leave with the tattoo.
22:06I'm wearing a jacket.
22:07Yeah.
22:07It's unseasonably worn.
22:08I was going to say that.
22:09It's very hot and you've got a jacket on.
22:11Where's the tattoos?
22:11I think when it's...
22:12Wrist.
22:13It's quite close.
22:14Oh, that's...
22:15Oh.
22:15So, as we walk in...
22:17But I think...
22:17So, you've got to go shake his hand.
22:19Go to shake Raekwon's hand.
22:21No, with your right hand.
22:24Go and do it.
22:26No, well, I'm not going to...
22:27Don't do that to me.
22:27Just, I'm going to do that.
22:29And then I'll do...
22:29Because I think sometimes it's better to get stuff out in the open.
22:32What I'm trying to say is, though, I think he'll appreciate your adoration.
22:35Okay.
22:36So, if you go in and go, can I just say, love you.
22:40No, I've certainly not...
22:41That's certainly not going to be the first thing I'll say.
22:43Paraphrase it, but, like, you go in and go, like, ah, this is a real honour and privilege for me.
22:47Huge fan of yours.
22:47I might say that.
22:48Got a tattoo.
22:49Can I...
22:49Actually, don't show the tattoo.
22:50I'm not going to show the tattoo.
22:51But can I just say the other thing is, if you...
22:53I'm going to tell him you've got a tattoo.
22:54In your mind's eye, please do not do this.
22:56You're saying it like a threat.
22:57Okay, I won't.
22:59But you will, won't you?
22:59Yeah.
23:02Almost immediately.
23:08I don't want to show the tattoo, okay?
23:11It's, let's be honest.
23:13It's sad.
23:14But if Rob does bring it into play, I'm quite calm about it because I've got a countermeasure.
23:22Hello, mate.
23:23You all right?
23:24Rob, nice to meet you.
23:25Rob, what up?
23:27Wait, come on.
23:28It's so good to meet you, man.
23:30It's like, it's an honour.
23:31It's a proper honour.
23:32Thank you, man.
23:33Wow.
23:34This is a surprise, man.
23:35Talk to me, man.
23:36Yeah, well...
23:37What do y'all got?
23:37What do y'all doing here, man?
23:38Basically, I'm a massive hip-hop fan.
23:40All right.
23:41Obviously, like, you're one of the best to ever do it.
23:43So...
23:43Yeah, it's there.
23:45Your sleeve's riding up, by the way.
23:46Oh, yeah, thanks.
23:48Okay, I'm just going to show...
23:50I'm just going to get this out of the way.
23:50I'm a massive...
23:51Oh, shit, I ain't even see that.
23:54That's real, right?
23:55Yeah, that's real, yeah.
23:56Oh, shit.
23:57So, this is a big moment for this little guy.
23:59Yeah, I...
23:59Yeah.
24:00Look, I don't want to...
24:00I'm just going to get this out of the way.
24:02Talk to me.
24:02Wu-Tang have been such a big part of my life, man.
24:05And I just...
24:06When, like, 36 Chambers came out, it was...
24:10You know, I know you've heard this, Lies, but, like,
24:13it just...
24:13It changed hip-hop, man.
24:14And hip-hop's been different ever since.
24:16And you're one of the greatest ever do it.
24:18So, I'm a bit nervous about how much of a...
24:20Nah, man, come on, man, come on, man.
24:23We all one, man.
24:24We all one, man.
24:25And I want to say thank you for all that love.
24:26You know, you've been there.
24:28All I can say is that we are all brothers from a different mother
24:32when it comes to this music thing, you know what I mean?
24:35So, yeah, let's get down to business on that.
24:38Well, we've been asked by CJ Fly
24:40to basically spit a verse on one of his tunes.
24:44So, Rob's never really rapped before at all.
24:47Both of y'all smashing a verse now?
24:48Yeah, we're both doing a verse each.
24:49Ooh, God damn.
24:52That's a big ask in there.
24:53That's big.
24:54But we're going to teach you about hip-hop.
24:56And the first thing I want to tell you is
24:57hip-hop is about expression.
25:01This is poetry still.
25:03So, once you start thinking like a poet,
25:07you start painting pictures in your mind
25:09of what you may want to say, you know?
25:12And everything starts from freestyling, having fun,
25:14matching with the vibe of the music.
25:16Man, hip-hop is like rock, man.
25:18Sex, drugs, and rock and roll, man.
25:20Let me ask you a question.
25:21You on drugs?
25:22Not yet, but you've got some.
25:25You're on drugs?
25:27No, I'm not on drugs.
25:28All right, go ahead.
25:29But if it does make my rap better, I am willing to try.
25:31But see, that's the whole thing.
25:33You know what I mean?
25:33I think you should try it on.
25:34No, I'm not on drugs.
25:39This masterclass from Raycon was exactly what we needed.
25:43But I knew Robert started writing already.
25:45So, it was time for payback.
25:47You've got something, though, haven't you?
25:48What's that?
25:50Have you got, like, any...
25:51A couple of lines?
25:51Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
25:52He's starting already before we even heard you.
25:54Well, no, I have actually written...
25:56Okay, go on.
25:56Woo!
25:57Look, you got the face and all of that.
25:59Yeah, should we...
25:59I believe him.
26:00Yeah, yeah.
26:00Oh, okay.
26:01I believe the swell book.
26:02He's like, yo, look at him real quick.
26:04Like, yo, I really got my shit done.
26:05Well, no, because I...
26:06Because it's all new to me,
26:08I didn't want to turn up with nothing.
26:10It's a good attitude.
26:11That's a good start.
26:12Oh, I feel really...
26:13I feel really immediately nervous.
26:15Look, if it makes you...
26:17Wow, I'd say from naught to nervous,
26:20that's the quickest I've ever...
26:22If it takes any pressure off,
26:23one of the best to ever do it.
26:25No, that adds pressure.
26:27Okay.
26:27Adds pressure, right?
26:28Okay, let me have a...
26:29Yeah.
26:30Pressure makes diamonds, though, kid.
26:32Right, okay.
26:33You've got some rap in front of Rayquard.
26:35Okay, right.
26:36We're going to rap for you.
26:36You're all over the shop now.
26:38Just chill.
26:38Okay, let's just...
26:39I'm just going to concentrate.
26:40It's not about being funny now.
26:41It's about...
26:42Yeah, go for it.
26:43Okay, right.
26:43I like that.
26:44I like that.
26:44All right, go on.
26:45Here we go.
26:47Right, okay.
26:48Yeah, okay.
26:48See?
26:49Everyone's about to...
26:49He's doing...
26:50Okay.
26:50He's really following the fucking rule books
26:53to fucking up in that pop already.
26:54Yeah, I am, aren't I?
26:55He's there with it.
26:56Look, I love it.
26:57I love it.
26:57This is part of the process.
26:58Here we go.
26:59Part of the process.
27:00Nice to meet you.
27:01I'm a be-lucky son, Diamond Geezer.
27:03I'm one of those old-school grafters
27:05too busy gigging to make it to the afters.
27:07Tell jokes, make notes, tax gets paid.
27:10Told as a kid, I'd never make the grade.
27:12From 20 in the crowd at Ranga's Boozers,
27:14but me and his boy ain't no losers.
27:16We go, got the world laughing like hyenas
27:18playing to sell out arenas.
27:20Mad what we've managed to achieve.
27:22Shout out to the lads that didn't believe.
27:24Woo!
27:24What the fuck is going on?
27:26You say he's the guy I know.
27:27Well, nah, you gotta leave it wrong.
27:28This is not the same fucking-
27:29This guy ain't knowing shit, man.
27:32We ain't sitting here, man.
27:34Is that okay?
27:35That's fucking amazing, man.
27:36You got lines, man.
27:37That was good, man.
27:38That was pretty good.
27:39That was horrible.
27:41If you'd have said to me,
27:42you are going to now lay down a verse
27:45on a hip-hop track,
27:46and one of you has had an endorsement
27:49from one of the greatest rappers of all time,
27:51my guess would not be Rob Beckett
27:53out of the two of us.
27:54And that's if you gave me five guesses.
27:56Now I'm 100% confident that he can do it.
27:59I gotta hear this fucking beat when y'all finish it.
28:02Thanks so much.
28:03It's been amazing.
28:03Thank you so much.
28:04Y'all, y'all got it.
28:05What an honour, man.
28:0690% of me is happy for Rob,
28:08but 10% of me is really pissed off.
28:12And he didn't even look that impressed with the tattoo.
28:17I was feeling ready for the studio
28:19after getting Ray Kwon's seal of approval.
28:21There was only one thing missing.
28:23He looks cool as well.
28:24Yeah.
28:25He's got silver teeth.
28:26They're grills.
28:27You can get some if you want.
28:28And now CJ had arranged for us
28:31to get some grills of our own.
28:33So we'd sent him some moulds
28:34and headed to Manhattan's Diamond District
28:36to pick up the finished product.
28:39I'm quite excited about this, actually,
28:40because CJ's look quite cool.
28:42Do you know what I mean?
28:43I feel like I don't want to, like,
28:44I've got to have a look,
28:45and because I've got big teeth anyway,
28:46if I've got these in,
28:47I feel a little quality,
28:48and they're just like,
28:49it's an easy thing to have
28:50that just goes,
28:51ah, he's the guy with the gold teeth.
28:53Hello.
28:53What's up?
28:54How are you?
28:54Hiya, Romesh.
28:55How's it going?
28:55Gold teeth USA has designed grills
28:59for rap legends and rising stars,
29:01and now it was our turn.
29:03We have your order, yeah.
29:04Oh, wicked.
29:05Rob, you're the guy
29:06with some big-ass teeth, man.
29:07Correct.
29:08Yeah, they're quite large.
29:10Oh, my God.
29:11They're the size of my finger, man.
29:12Are they bigger than normal for you, then?
29:14A little bit.
29:15Do you have any gold left?
29:17We'll see.
29:17We have to use everything, honestly.
29:19Listen, nobody's ever looked
29:21at Rob's teeth,
29:22and I can create his wife in this,
29:23and I can create his mum.
29:24Nobody has looked at his teeth
29:26and thought they could do
29:27with a bit of extra dimension.
29:28I'd love those to be
29:29a bit wider and thicker.
29:30Are they quite weighted
29:31because they're so big?
29:32Yeah.
29:32Yeah.
29:33It's like me getting
29:33an eyelid droopier,
29:35getting a set of curtains
29:36just for this one.
29:37It makes no sense.
29:40All right, so this is Mr. Robert?
29:42Yeah.
29:43All right, now,
29:44this will be a little bit snug, okay?
29:45Okay.
29:46There you go.
29:47They look great.
30:02What do you think?
30:04It's awful.
30:05Oh, it's so bitter.
30:07It's so bitterly.
30:08Do you know what the good thing is, though?
30:09How can I wrap with anything?
30:12Is this how it works?
30:13Do you know what's good?
30:14Is it hasn't changed
30:15the way you talk?
30:15It's awful.
30:18With this sock
30:18with the bums going.
30:19Are you putting it on?
30:20Nose.
30:21Nose.
30:21Nose?
30:23Definitely aren't
30:24putting that on.
30:24No, it's slippy.
30:26Okay, get the other ones.
30:30There you go.
30:36Oh, it's funny for everyone else.
30:38This is...
30:39This is...
30:41They look really good on you,
30:42if that makes it look better.
30:43I can't wear these a wrap.
30:45I sound like Louis Spence.
30:47I'm like a whippet.
30:50I'm like a whippet.
30:55What do you think?
30:56Yes, son.
30:57Is it good?
30:58Why didn't you get tops as well?
31:00Because I've got an implant thing
31:01waiting to come in there,
31:02so I was a bit nervous about it.
31:03Oh, yeah, so I'll...
31:04Silly boy, look straight in.
31:07Can I bring to you?
31:08You know, I've got the grill in,
31:09it went in fine.
31:10Rob, on the other hand...
31:11It is mental.
31:14Fucking hell.
31:15They're so big.
31:16I think they genuinely thought,
31:19based on the scans they got,
31:22that Donkey from Shrek
31:23was coming to get some teeth.
31:25I don't think they were to use dental tools.
31:26I reckon they had a big cauldron.
31:29Just pouring it into a vat
31:30like they're making Thor's hammer.
31:33It's so much gold.
31:34It's actually immoral.
31:39How much gold has gone into Rob's head?
31:43But getting the grills onto our teeth
31:45was only half the challenge.
31:47Now you've got to try to get them out.
31:48Okay.
31:49Starting to panic a little bit now.
31:50Don't worry, my man.
31:57Fuck.
31:58I want to say it's all going to come out.
32:02It just feels like it's all going to come out.
32:05It feels like I'm just going to have nothing.
32:07And I don't want that.
32:13It's half my career.
32:14If I don't have these teeth,
32:16I'll be disgusting.
32:17I don't have a tunnel.
32:18Oh, my God.
32:18Don't spray it, man.
32:20Fuck.
32:21Listen, I've known Rob for a long time.
32:24That two minutes
32:25where he's having a panic attack about his grills
32:26is better than any of his tools.
32:29What's best, wiggle or pull?
32:31It's the funniest thing
32:33he has ever done in his life.
32:35I can't help.
32:37Are you okay?
32:42I don't have an out-of-body experience.
32:47When you pull them out,
32:47it feels like all your teeth are coming out
32:49and it's like they've been like,
32:50fucked out your head.
32:52There you go.
32:53You did it?
32:53Yeah.
32:54Okay, let's go.
32:55Should we go?
32:55Yeah.
32:55Thanks, guys.
32:57Thank you, guys.
32:58I can't walk around with these in.
33:00I need a little arm in front of cars
33:03with two geezers.
33:04We're in New York
33:13doing my favourite thing in the world,
33:15hip-hop.
33:18But it's fair to say
33:19it's not going to plan.
33:21After a bumpy start at the cypher,
33:22my art style's gone like that.
33:24I can't.
33:25I feel sick just thinking about it.
33:27And Rob hijacking a meeting
33:28with one of my all-time rap heroes.
33:30That's fucking amazing, man.
33:32You got lines, man.
33:33Now we were heading to our recording session
33:35with CJ Fly.
33:36And if I didn't step up,
33:38this whole trip would be remembered
33:39for Rob's rapping
33:40and his insane grills.
33:44You all right, lads?
33:45Yes.
33:45How about you?
33:45What's up?
33:46You good?
33:47You made it.
33:48CJ was in the studio
33:49with his engineer, Trees,
33:51and first things first,
33:52he wanted to show us the track so far.
33:54Just sold out all my work
33:55and now I got it real.
33:57I lost the spell of me,
33:58the word was on the mind of Pia.
34:00CJ made it look easy.
34:01But given how the last few days had gone,
34:04my confidence wasn't exactly flowing.
34:06This is like a real deal.
34:07Like, you know, CJ said,
34:09come and lay some verses down on a track.
34:11You know, he's getting
34:12six or seven million views
34:14on some of his videos.
34:16And I think with me and Rob,
34:19this will get six or seven views.
34:28So this way, y'all are coming right here.
34:30Right.
34:30On this breakdown.
34:31Specially made for y'all.
34:32Oh, God.
34:34You guys ready?
34:35No, not really.
34:36No, not really.
34:38Rob was first to debut his lyrics.
34:41Nice to meet you.
34:42I'm a be lucky son, Diamond Geezer.
34:44CJ loved them.
34:45Ooh.
34:48I ain't gonna lie.
34:49I believe in you,
34:50but it was way better than I expected.
34:51It's getting into time
34:53and hitting that beat
34:55is gonna be the challenge.
34:57But now that Rob's verses
34:58have been signed off with flying colours,
35:00the pressure on me
35:01had just been cranked up even more.
35:05Here we go.
35:06Oh, God.
35:06I got you.
35:07I'm gonna count you in.
35:07Okay.
35:07All right?
35:08It's like one, two, three, go.
35:10Rapping was the dream.
35:11Comedy was the backup plan.
35:13It took 30 years
35:14and Rob Beckett for me
35:15to try again.
35:16Romesh is the answer.
35:17If who's good
35:17is the question.
35:19I sometimes drink turmeric
35:20to aid my digestion.
35:21Oh.
35:22I'm in my 40s.
35:23I still don't have the answers.
35:24Still don't know
35:25if I have skills,
35:26if I'm a chancer.
35:27And so I try to let bygones by.
35:30I speak no lies
35:31and be more CJ fly.
35:33Fly.
35:34Ooh.
35:34That sounds so good.
35:36That was hard.
35:37That was hard.
35:38Yeah?
35:38That was hard.
35:39That was super hard.
35:41Yeah?
35:41I'm fucking with it.
35:42Yeah?
35:42I'm fucking with it.
35:43I'm fucking with it.
35:45Really?
35:45That was amazing.
35:46Oh, shit, man.
35:47How was it?
35:47Thank you, man.
35:48I'm blown away.
35:49Really?
35:49Real talk.
35:50Real talk.
35:50With both our lyrics
35:51signed off by CJ,
35:53Ron was first into the booth.
35:56He's going to smash this.
35:57I can sense it.
35:57Absolutely.
35:59Rapping was the dream.
36:00Comedy was the...
36:01Ramesh was unbelievable.
36:02Like, he went in there.
36:03It was just effortless.
36:03For me to try again,
36:05Ramesh is the...
36:05He should do that more.
36:08That could just be a thing he does.
36:09Just a rapper.
36:10I speak no lies
36:11and be more CJ fly.
36:13One.
36:13Ooh.
36:15One take.
36:15Was it one take?
36:16One take.
36:18What?
36:18What was that?
36:18I'd smashed it first time.
36:22Finally,
36:22something had gone right this week.
36:24Now Rob had to follow it.
36:32Nice to meet you.
36:33I'm a be-lucky son,
36:35Diamond Geeta.
36:36One second, one second.
36:37Right, so...
36:38You're coming in too quick.
36:39Okay.
36:39It goes...
36:40And then you come in after that.
36:43Okay.
36:43Try again.
36:44You got this.
36:47Nice to meet you.
36:48I'm a be-lucky son time.
36:50Too early.
36:50Too early.
36:51You got this.
36:51Take your time.
36:54Nice to...
36:54All right.
36:56He's fucked.
37:00Rob's one of the few people on the planet,
37:02and I'd say he's almost unique in this.
37:03He doesn't understand music.
37:05Right, so...
37:06I'm literally guessing.
37:08I'm not exaggerating.
37:09It took us 45 minutes to get him to record three words.
37:12Nice to meet ya.
37:13Okay, he's got nice to meet you now.
37:17Should we do it three words at a time?
37:19It's basically like,
37:20if this was a hospital and you were doctors,
37:21you'd switch the machine off.
37:22Yeah.
37:25Let's face it.
37:26A couple of hours of musical torture later...
37:29Nice to meet ya.
37:30I'm a be-lucky son,
37:32Diamond Geeta.
37:33Rhyme so tight,
37:34you're gonna need a tweezer.
37:36Okay.
37:36Rob was finally done.
37:38Cheers, guys.
37:39Good shit.
37:40Thanks.
37:41Sorry, it was painful.
37:42All right, you guys,
37:43we got some good shit in.
37:45We're gonna sauce it up,
37:46and hopefully it sounds good enough
37:47to share with the world.
37:48So, great job.
37:49Our mission to record a verse with CJ Fly
37:51had been a success.
37:53Rom's confidence was back,
37:54and CJ reckoned it was time for redemption.
37:57We went to the cipher,
37:58but you guys were too nervous to spit bars.
38:01But I think after this session,
38:02you guys could definitely do that shit.
38:04Would you think?
38:04Do a cipher?
38:04I don't know if you should, per se...
38:08This is more of a Romesh thing.
38:10Yeah, I think Rom will shine right now.
38:12Well, you know,
38:12I don't want to tread on your toes,
38:13you know what I mean?
38:15If, you know,
38:16CJ thinks that you should do it and not me,
38:18then I think that's probably
38:19a good decision all around.
38:20I believe in you, actually.
38:22Well done.
38:22No, I know what you're doing.
38:23What?
38:24I know what you're doing.
38:24I think it's great you're looking at the cipher.
38:25He's being a good supporter for him.
38:26I think you got it.
38:27You ready?
38:28Okay.
38:28Right.
38:29Okay.
38:29CJ was backing me
38:34to rap at the Union Square cipher.
38:36It's like a fucking nightmare.
38:38Oh, mate.
38:39But rapping in a booth
38:41and freestyling in front of a crowd
38:42were very different things.
38:44I've not got this at all.
38:46I ain't got to get in.
38:47I'm in as much as I want to be.
38:49The cipher was in full swing.
38:51MCs kept jumping in,
38:52but Rom was stuck to the spot.
38:5420 minutes in
39:08and Rom was still silent.
39:10Do you want me to get the attention
39:11and go,
39:13you don't know what I'm from,
39:14but I'm hearing my man Rom.
39:16Oh, you could do that.
39:17Yeah.
39:19Have you got the guts to do that?
39:20Well, something's going to happen, isn't it?
39:23Yeah.
39:23Yep.
39:24Oh, that's where Teddy went.
39:26Claiming he conscience
39:27getting paid off the nine
39:28since Daddy's ready, Borg.
39:30Better be ready for it.
39:31The shooters like Daddy's swords.
39:32Woo!
39:34Check, check, check, check.
39:37You don't know where I'm from,
39:38but I'm with my man Rom.
39:41Rob had delivered.
39:43Now, all eyes were on me.
39:50What do you mean?
39:51This rang a top gunner.
39:53Declan Rice with a spice.
39:54It's come to run another number.
39:56I don't know what that means.
39:57I mean, this ain't about a rap.
39:59I'm chiseled with a sword.
40:00Like I was riding Battle Cat.
40:01I'm really good at rapping.
40:02I'm better than the others.
40:04If rapping was a bed,
40:05then I would be the covers.
40:07If rapping was cooking,
40:08then I would be your mother's.
40:09If rapping was getting suffocated,
40:11I'd be getting smothered.
40:12Fuck you up.
40:12Fuck you down.
40:13I'm bucky diagonal.
40:15If rapping had eight sides,
40:16I would be diagonal.
40:17If rapping was anime,
40:19I would be draggable.
40:20If rapping was school dealers,
40:21I would be spaggable.
40:22Get in close and listen to me.
40:25Hip-hop, it started in...
40:261973.
40:27I'd done it.
40:44It wasn't 8 Mile,
40:46but the crowd were into it.
40:47And basically,
40:48you know we rhyme with the best.
40:50And when I say I be chilling with double law,
40:52I don't mean rough, brothers.
40:54I say Robert or Miss.
40:57You're back if you love me when you act,
41:00say hell yeah.
41:02Hell yeah.
41:03Side to side if you love me,
41:05the vibes,
41:06say hell yeah.
41:07Hell yeah.
41:11Yo.
41:11Hey, how good was he?
41:12That was impressive.
41:14Oh my God, bro.
41:15Mate, that was so frightening.
41:17Bro, I didn't know you had that in you.
41:18I didn't either.
41:19That is so scary,
41:20and you smashed that.
41:21Well, you got me in.
41:22He got me in.
41:23Did you see that?
41:23It was an out-of-body experience.
41:25I felt like I looked at myself and go,
41:26yo, yo, check, check.
41:27That's a proper friend, isn't it?
41:28Yeah, no.
41:29Well, I had to get you in,
41:30because you had enough on your plate.
41:31I could be the battering ram,
41:32and he could come in and spit.
41:33Yeah.
41:34Word.
41:34No, you guys killed that shit.
41:35That was an amazing experience.
41:36I love the tag team.
41:37I love everything.
41:38Thanks, man.
41:38Great job.
41:39Right, should we show him
41:40my little surprise?
41:41Surprise?
41:42Yeah, we've got a little.
41:43Come on.
41:43Oh, yeah.
41:43Hang on.
41:44Come on.
41:44Come on.
41:44All right.
41:45Go.
41:47And what?
41:49Yeah?
41:50Let's go!
41:51Let's go!
41:52Let's go!
41:53Looking fly, man.
41:55Fly, Bri.
41:55Salute.
41:56Love you, man.
41:57Love, bro.
41:58For sure.
41:58What a night.
41:59See us all.
42:00We were walking away
42:02with CJ's seal of approval.
42:04Ron was acting like it was nothing,
42:06but I knew better.
42:07It's all good, baby, baby.
42:09It was all a dream.
42:12He faced the fear,
42:13spat his bars,
42:14and made it out the other side,
42:16grinning.
42:16Not as much as me, though.
42:18Honestly, mate,
42:18that was amazing.
42:21Your balls are, like, still.
42:24There's more metal
42:25than your balls
42:25than in my mouth at the moment.
42:27And if you put your balls
42:28in my mouth,
42:28it would feel all weird,
42:29like, when you have
42:29a filling with copper.
42:30You're not freestyling now.
42:32Mate,
42:33you getting me
42:34into that cipher
42:35was one of the nice things
42:36you've ever done.
42:37If you hadn't have done that,
42:38we'd still be there tomorrow.
42:39Yeah.
42:40Part of me was like,
42:41oh, I've really got to
42:42back me friend up,
42:43and he's a bit nervous.
42:44Let's get him in.
42:45And part of me was like,
42:46I would quite like to finish
42:47and go for a beer.
42:48So I thought,
42:49let's speed it up.
42:56You look horrible.
42:57I feel horrible.
42:59You know what?
43:00I look how I feel.
43:02Disgusting.
43:03Honestly,
43:04my appreciation for hip-hop
43:05through the roof.
43:06Oh, God.
43:06It's getting wet again.
43:08This is horrible.
43:09Right, give me a second.
43:09I've got an appreciation
43:15for hip-hop
43:16like no other.
43:18Okay.
43:18I can't keep this up.
43:20As I speak,
43:21it gets worse.
43:22Yeah.
43:24Oh, how fun.
43:26Oh.
43:30I've got an appreciation
43:31for hip-hop.
43:32Great.
43:33I'm glad.
43:33The real big one.
43:34Yeah.
43:35That's how I'm freestyling.
43:37Right, thank you, mate.
43:38Yeah, all right.
43:39You smash that.
43:40Yeah.
43:40You should be proud.
43:41Great.
43:41Fate to black.
43:41Right, I'm going to go
43:42and sell these teeth.
43:43Yeah.
43:47You're coming.
43:48Oh, yeah.
43:49I'm coming.
43:50I'm running.
43:51Sorry.
43:52Oh, God.
43:54Just felt like a freestyle there.
43:55Yeah, yeah, yeah.
43:55Yeah.
43:55I saw the future,
44:03but I'm not a seer.
44:05A whole lot of money
44:06I hung out with me here.
44:07I practice Eve,
44:08I pray to Osho
44:09like it's Andrea.
44:10They probably think
44:11I saw my soul,
44:12but I don't drive a key here.
44:13Rapping was a dream.
44:14Comedy was the backup plan.
44:16It took 30 years
44:17and Rebecca took me
44:18to try again.
44:19And so I tried
44:19to let bygones by.
44:21I'll speak no lies
44:22and be like CJ Fly.
44:24Whoa.
44:25Nice to meet ya.
44:26I'm a be lucky son.
44:28Diamond geezer.
44:29Rhyme so tight
44:30you're going to need
44:31a tweezer.
44:32Emperor of this game,
44:33but my name ain't Caesar.
44:36Yo, Rob, Romish.
44:38I heard the joint.
44:40It's dope.
44:41All right?
44:42This your brother, The Chef.
44:43I love y'all.
44:44Keep practicing your craft.
44:45Salute.
44:51I love you.
45:21I love you.
45:22I love you.
45:23I love you.
45:24I love you.
45:25I love you.
45:26I love you.
45:27I love you.
45:28I love you.
45:29I love you.
45:30I love you.
